Real Clean Pools

HORRIBLE!!! I contacted Real Clean after reading the ad and it was Exactly what I needed… to bad it was to good to be true. The «tech» broke my sand filter and left the evidence in my yard. Please understand my pool was CLEAN it just needed maintenance and like the other review it was NO TIME before it was GREEN. I got to speak to the owner– that was a treat this was the most unprofessional conversation and absolutely NO customer service. I too canceled the service and back to servicing my own pool that is back to Crystal Clear. Just because you can kill a bug does not mean you can clean and maintain a pool. you should stick to what you know or hire people that know what they are doing. AWFUL

I used these guys for a very short time. They came out to the house and in only 2 weeks turned my pool from clean to green.
I communicated to them each time and they said they would come back. Unfortunately, they would take multiple days to arrive. Then spend less than 10 minutes and off again. Additionally, they actually got into my pool storage and utilized my chemicals instead of their own (that I pay them to utilize). They definitely cared only about spending as little time and money as possible on each client.
Once I communicated to them how unhappy I was they started coming up with excuses and stating how much time they have spent on my pool and I must be causing the problem.
Unfortunately, not until I cancelled did I start asking around and found multiple other people who had used them and terminated their service. I wish I would have ask around before choosing them.
