I’ve been coming here for years and this place gets better and better! The staff here are nice and the food is good. Very clean place!

The food was awesome and the games were all in working order. However, one of the girls working at the game counter was so rude, I nearly reached across the counter and slapped her. She interrupted my son mid-sentence(he is 6) while asking about one of the many overpriced toys hanging on the wall. She was rude and cut him off, only to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to have drinks in the game room(mind you it was empty) and to say that when we FINALLY made a decision to ask for someone’s help, before walking off in a huff. When she was asked by another employee to help us, she rolled her eyes the whole time and acted like helping us was going to end her life. I am normally a very nice person, but i couldn’t be as she was killing my child’s joy. I am so livid, and I wish I would have gotten her name, but it was too hard to pay attention while I was fuming.

My nephew plays the games here but, they are slow, don’t respond, and take your money. The pizza is ok and the salad bar is mediocre at best. When there was a problem w the games the manager couldn’t retrieve the prize. It was disappointing to watch my nephew being let down.

Had to attend a party here recently. Contacted them a week in advance to inquire about gluten free options and was told that Gattiland offers no gluten free items. The company representative, Miriam, responded that, «We do not have Gluten Free pizza at our location, however we can make any pizza with no crust. You can also bring a gluten free pizza from our location by the movies 8 and you will have no problem with bringing that in to our location.» Since I’m not a fan of crustless pizza, I made arraignments to bring a gf pizza from the location Mariam mentioned. On the day of the party, every staff member I encountered was rude about the gluten free GATTI’S pizza I brought in to the party. Staff acted like I was trying to steal from them because I was not paying for the buffet at their location. When I asked if I could purchase a drink and a salad(no pizza) they said«NO» — case closed, no option unless I buy the full buffet. This Gattiland is totally unwilling to accommodate patron’s with food allergies and they are all extremely rude. Will NEVER return!

You know I’m not a huge Gattis pizza lover but I do love their salad bar. It’s always fresh, very clean & very neat salad bar. I also love that they are the only place I know that still serves creamy Italian dressing. You can’t even buy it at the grocery stores. So I like to come here every so often during lunch to get my creamy Italian fix on! I like coming during weekday lunches when all the loud wild kid parties are not going on. Those days are way over for me. But we did enjoy the parties here back in the day when I did have a little one.

This place used to be a lot better. They keep the pizza bar stocked with fresh pizza but all I see is pep and cheese, need more variety. Never any ice in the drink machine but at least the drinks are cold. Not very clean, but not too filthy, for a buffet. Good prices, good food, just needs some better staff who care about their jobs.

Awful. Never go on the weekends unless you want kids running around every where and being destructive and running into you(this applies to parents as well) this place is flithy. No one sweeps or cleans up after birthday party. Best thing here is the ranch. Minus one star.

We were traveling through town and stopped in for quick buffet and games with the kids. Mike, the manager, was phenomenal! The kids loved the strawberry lemonade, so he went next door to the dollar store and bought them ‘to go’ sippie cups and filled them up for the road trip! Wonderful family fun and great food. He also made us a specialty pizza and brought it to our table. What a great impression he left on us!

My 6 year old loves this place. Pretty good pizza and really fun games. The birthday party we hosted here was great. The other families got coupons to return. It was a great day.

Don’t expect quality pizza here, a whole lot of cheese, very little sauce, and bland crust. If you’re coming here for pizza, I suggest you got to like CiCi’s Pizza or something to save your time and money. Salad is probably the best option here, they have a very nice salad bar with a large variety .Most of the food is cold unless fresh which is not likely. Dessert was decent, only brownies and cinnamon rolls. Not a wide variety but tastes okay. But over all food here is like elementary school cafeteria food aka gross. But if you’re coming here for games, this place is decent. Wide variety of arcade games and claw machines. The bumper cart ride is pretty awesome $ 2 for like 4 minutes but I wish it was longer. Most games cost from $ 0.75−3. The claw machines here are legit and aren’t imposssible to get a prize. I watched like 5 people get something out of it which surprised me that they aren’t rigged. The prizes you get here for tickets earned are like giant stuffed animals and things you can find at a dollar store, but there’s some more advanced prices like headsets and scooters that cost 13000 tickets which is like $ 50 so if I were you I would just go get a scooter.

My 11 year old grand daughter’s comments… GATTILAND Have you ever been to Gatti Land before? Well I went to Gatti Land with brother and sister and grandpa on July 15, 2015. As soon as we got to Gatti Land I loved it. It was so awesome. There were so many places to discover there. We first went in and picked up our food. You could serve yourself you and can have food there whenever you want. That was the part I liked. Because if you get too full you can have more latter. After that we went to go see the exciting games they had like bumper cars, video games, and mini bowling and etc. The most fun was playing mini bowling and doing video games. The food at Gatti Land was great because you can make your own salad and dessert and the you could have pizza. When you finish making your dish you sit in the theater and we watched ‘Wreck It Ralph’. If I was to rate Gatti Land I would rate 5 stars.

The buffet had lots of choices, all of which were hot and fresh. Was any of it the best pizza i’ve ever had? No, in fact Double Dave’s has a pizza buffet that we like a little better. Gatti’s would be the place to go if you have some kids that want to play games, if you want a little quieter area, there’s a room with no games or TV’s.

The food is just ok but it gets super busy at certain times so finding a good table in one of their dining room can be a challenge. The gaming area is big though. I think more people come for the buffet more than anything else.

We were a walk in birthday party with no reservation and we just wanted a regular table not the party room. The manager(?) was amazing and went out of his way to make everything special and accommodate everyone. The pizza and salad buffet was great, much better than I expected. The manager almost immediately served our special request pizzas to our table. The games all work and the entire facility is clean. The arcade room is huge and had plenty of room to run around. I am very grateful for our experience and everyone at the party was impressed. The employee who went of his way to help us was about 5’10″ and had neatly combed whitish hair and he took amazing care of everything, I would be very surprised if it wasn’t a manager. Thank you for a great party! We’ll be back!

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin. I have only been here two times and really would rather not go again. The first time I went was summer and my child asked to go as local kids had mentioned Gatti Land and my child wanted to play the games. Thinking it was like Chucky I headed over for the Tuesday game special. The place was empty and I was told when I asked to buy game cards that we HAD to purchase buffets. I explained that we were not there to eat just to play.(Food allergies — we really had no intention of attempting the food.) They said they would make an exception ‘this time’ — I am guessing because they had little other business at the time. So, we walked past the buffet line, and we played and it was fine. The kids had fun that afternoon. I have since only been here when invited with a group, and meeting there at dinner time, on weekend. It is NOT the best. I will break it down here: We had a coupon for $ 40 for four buffets and(4) $ 5 game cards. So, when you consider that none of the games are .25 the cards are quickly expired and the food is cheap and low quality. You get what you pay for with the food here. Upon arrival I noticed that the place was packed with people. Seriously packed. People standing outside, in the lobby, and every table area completely full. There were several parties in full swing. The environment is one of crowded, loud, blinky, grimy, chaos. The table areas had debris on tables and floors. There were people busing the tables actively. As one would get cleaned people quickly swooped in to occupy them. One table area had various sports media. The rest of the table areas featured only spanish language media. They offer pizza, pasta, and salad. Although the kids in our group were happy with the pizza and pasta it is definitely not high quality. The salad bar was my only food interest. The heels/stems of the lettuces were included in the salad. The mushrooms were unwashed. Who ever is over food prep clearly knows nothing about salad prep/presentation. This is a place you don’t go to for the food — unless high volume is your primary interest. The one high spot was a fountain of Horchata. There were some other drink options there that were not typical as well, but I do enjoy Horchata so that’s what I stuck with. This is a great place to practice/speak Spanish. The employees spoke directly to me, unprompted in Spanish several times. The kids in our group enjoyed the game area but found they had to wait in crowds at each game due to the volume of people. As a result it took a long time to exhaust the $ 20 in game credits our family had purchased. We survived. I would rather not go again. The kids just want to play the games. I agree with another poster, I just wanted to wash my hands — and bathe the kids when we left.

Ehhhh, why can’t fun places for families have better food? Just because I have a mini me, doesn’t me I want to eat subpar food, especially pizza when we go to family events. Just saying… Here are my thoughts on Gattiland Land: –We went here for a kid’s birthday party. We had to pay to get inside because the other kid’s parents didn’t want to have an official party at Gattiland. It was my hubby and I and our 3 year old. It was $ 25 since we all had to pay for the buffet. It was $ 7.99 for each adult and $ 3.99 for a kid who did not eat one bite of food. We also got drinks, which got us up to the $ 25 mark. It’s a bit annoying to pay for a kid that I know won’t eat. –The buffet that we paid for was just not good. I’m not a pizza snob, but the pizza here was just blah. The salad bar looked pretty, but I am anti-veggie, so that didn’t help me in the least. It was just disappointing all the way around. –The game section was pretty impressive. There are a lot of games for all skill levels. They even had strategy games like Connect 4 and the like. This section redeemed the fiasco of the buffet. The prices were a bit high, but the games were super fun. I’m sure we will be back for future birthday parties, but it is definitely not my first choice to go to on my own. You have been warned.

The staff is super friendly(minus the face painter). The kids had a great time here and the food is cheap. I do have 2 complaints that each took off a star… 1. I feel the face painter needs to give priority to kids. We were in line for over 1 hour because there were a group of adults who wanted their face painted. The face painter spoke Spanish and was calling her fellow native speakers to the front of the«line» to get their face painted. We don’t speak spanish so initially we didn’t know whats going on but we figured it out eventually. The kids never got their face painted. =( 2. A bunch of the machines will take your money but give you no credits to play the game until the 2nd or 3rd swipe. Keep an eye on your credit balance as you swipe. We lost approx $ 5 in credits due to faulty machines. Overall a great place still. Going to take the kiddos to ChuckeCheese soon so we can compare.

This is my favorite place to bring the tots on rainy days. The pizza tastes like it was frozen, but even after our frequent visits, I still look forward to the salad bar, breadsticks, and desserts. My tots love the mac & cheese. We always sit in the«movie theatre» room to eat, but my husband appreciates the«sports bar» room. ;-) Dear Gattiland: PLEASE turn up the volume(or at least add captions) in the movie theatre room!!! My kiddos LOVE the game room, and it’s always a «challenge» getting my older tot to leave when it’s time to go home(think: the loudest/craziest dramaliscious-diva-meltdown that a 2 yr old can muster). ;-)

I owe an update! My son(3) & I came in for lunch Wednesday, and surprisingly it was kids eat free day! Score! I guess I figd that was a dinner thing only, but apparently it’s all day. With 1 adult buffet, water, 1 free kids buffet & water, + a $ 5 game card, it was less than $ 13. BUT. As soon as we walked in, I was like WHOA. Complete surface remodel! Nothing dining room/buffet wise was moved or added, but décor wise it was VERY clean and updated! They added in lots of new sodas and flavor buttons, juices & teas… but we don’t drink sodas. Back when we did, those flavored buttons would have been a huge hit. They’ve also greatly improved their pizza, imo. I was thoroughly impressed by not only the variety of pizzas available, but the freshness and ultimately, flavor! It’s not some Chicago or NY pizza, it’s Gattis, but as someone that wore this place out from when they first opened, till now. Definite improvement. Game room. I had NO idea they were«under construction» @ some point, but the game room is redone! Lots of the staple games are still there, but there is a whole nother room that they bought/leased out from whatever was next door.(See pix) My 3 year old had a great time! I ate a good salad & pizza, and we came home and took naps. I now owe the 6 year old a date, so we’ll be back.
