Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek

I have been employed at this location for almost 6 years. It’s such a loving and wonderful family environment. I have also been able to send both of my children to the school. They are loved and have developed a love for learning. I recommend this school to everyone.

My two girls have been at Primrose @ Forest Creek since they were infants. This is no daycare center. You’re child will learn and learn a lot. As a young parent I want to give my children every advantage I can provide them (we live in a complicated world). Education was a no-​brainer.
I was amazed at how quickly my girls have progressed. Both were walking before they turned 2, were potty trained by 2, and were speaking in complete coherent sentences by age 2. They teach your children sign language, have culture parades, early evening events where the whole family can enjoy their clean campus, they have a splash pad for those hot summer days, Parents Night Out (where you can drop your child off at school and be watched by their own teachers!) and they have an actual curriculum.

Great teachers and staff!!! They are friendly and caring! My son has learned a lot and is slowly advancing his knowledge going here. I definitely recommend this place!

I received a phone call from the owner to follow up. I know that these are not easy phone calls to make… and I really appreciated him doing this.
We talked about the discussions that were had as well as where the miscommunications /​misunderstanding may have occurred — on both sides.
After hearing his explanation of the situation from his position, we completely understand the situation and would have been satisfied and willing to work with them. It is unfortunate that this disclosure and discussion was not our first conversation. This would have created a better situation for us both.
I was very happy to hear him say that he plans to work with his team to make sure to improve future communications with all new/​potential customers.
This was a very stressful situation… especially for my wife; mother of her first newborn!
We are very happy that the owner personally reached out to discuss the situation. That says a lot about him and how he runs his business. Our original comments about how they might run their business were made out of frustration were only speculation.
