Love my lashes! Snow did a wonderful job. The entire session was calm, comfortable and very peaceful. I will recommend to all my friends and will definitely be returning for refills. Thank you Snow!

HORRIBLE!!! Snow is awful at doing nails! I bought a groupon for SNS nails for my daughter and myself and it took her 3 hours to screw both our nails up! She is very RUDE! When I tried communicating with her about the length of my nails she became irritated and cut my thumb so short there literally was no nail! Then she asked short like that huh? I should have got up and left then but I told myself everyone has a bad day to stay calm… well I allowed her to finish and 2 hours later I could pop off everyone of my nails and my daughters nails due to gaps left between our nails and the SNS product! I texted Snow to explain to her what happened hoping she would offer me a refund and she never even acknowledged the text! AWFUL SERVICE SNOW!!!

NEVER GO HERE! Terrible. I waited outside for 40 minutes for an appointment at 10 am (their first appointment) they never showed. I had arrived early and then waited until 10:20.

Love! My lashes look fantastic. Carly did my V-​lash eye extensions, and they definitely give my lashes some length and tons of volume. She has a super soft touch, and I didn’t feel any tugs on my lashes or discomfort of any sort. I will definitely be going back for more.

My husband bought me a groupon in September. This was the best experience I have ever had. I have had some horrible service in this industry before and this was just amazing. Van did an amazing job on my hair, she was very meticulous at everything. I left feeling beautiful and well taken care of. I will be back

I was very skeptical to try a new salon but they far exceeded my expectations! Snow did an amazing job on my color and matched the picture of the cut perfectly! Will absolutely be back.

Horrible the worst place I’ve ever been. Made appointments with me, called and CONFIRMED THEM then when I showed up lied and said they v cancelled it. Yelled at me in front of the customers, completely incompetent. STAY AWAY

I just finished getting my hair highlighted and cut by Rachel and it looks absolutely beautiful! She did a wonderful job and gave life to my locks. I will definitely be returning to see her!

I have been seeing Snow for about a year now. Each time I sit in her chair, I know I’m going to walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! I’ve had her do an ombré, red ombré, and a tri-​color highlight. Each time she knocks it out of the park! Today I got a haircut only. When she’s is cutting your hair she is constantly checking and rechecking your hair to make sure not a hair is out of place. The new salon is set up nicely. It’s bright and vibrant and is clean. Do yourself a favor and sit your booty down in a chair here and be prepared to be pampered!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Rachel (I think that’s her name, she had long black hair). She is their newest stylist and is just awful. She completely screwed up my hair. I went in for the groupon deal and got partial highlights, cut, and some kind of conditioning treatment. She was extremely rough with my hair and now I have the most fly aways from breakage. I asked for a natural looking blonde highlight and what I got was a yellow toned highlight that was NOT pretty at all. She claimed I needed a toner which when she put it on, it burned. I have since been told by other professional stylists that what she used on me was actually a permanent color and that’s why it was burning. She told me that it was «supposed to feel like that.» She then proceeded to rip my hair out while brushing it after it was shampooed. For my trim, she put layers in the ends when I did NOT ask for that. My hair is thin enough as it is; I cannot have layers! Also, when she was shampooing me, she got my entire back soaking wet down to my butt… and blamed it on the sink. Unprofessional much? 4 hours later… yes FOUR HOURS LATER… I left the salon with the worst hair of my life. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY HATE YOUR RESULT!

This place is amazing. The décor, the owner, the stylists– it felt like downtown Austin in the best way possible. They have excellent taste and it is reflected everywhere (including your head ;))

The nicest employees! Snow, the owner, did my lashes. I got th Novalash — they’re amazing and she’s amazing! It took two hours, as expected to apply one Novalash to each of my natural lashes. Sheer perfection. If you need or want lash extensions — I’d highly recommend Snow. I saw some of the hair work there too — WOW! The deep conditioning looks fantastic!

Snow has a great salon here. Our whole family goes here, and they do a lovely job. Great experience, great finished product without the outrageous price tag of other salons of this caliber. Will definitely being going back.

They were super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. Jasmine did a wonderful job on my hair. Usually when I get my hair layered, other salons cut my hair too short but Jasmine managed to keep my length!

Wow… great salon, great experience, too. Snow, the owner is so polite and Kate actually did my hair with the full highlights, deep conditioning treatment and cut. She is highly skilled and knows her stuff… She’s been doing hair for the past 15 years and it shows. She’s just a doll. The finished product was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to look and feel like a million bucks… I know I did! ;-) Thanks again gals 4 such a great salon experience… see you next time.
