McDonald’s

Super slow even though no one was really in there or going through the drive through. No one waiting up front to help and when someone finally appeared the just looked like a deer in the headlights. Just a bunch of high schoolers who don’t even deserve to be making minimum wage.

After waiting in line at the counter for more than a few minutes and being ignored while the one person working the front took three drive thru orders, cashed them out, and gave them their food, I was finally told with a sneer «I’ll be with you in a moment sir». Did I wait to see how long a moment actually was? No I didn’t, I’d already been ignored enough! Someone tell me why people working this position with this attitude at a fast food place think they deserve $ 15 per hour?!

Just dont even bother… your slowly killing yourself with every mcnugget you scoff down.
the absolute worsted thing you can do is eat and mickey D’s.

They have a very large dining area and a large Playland as well. They welcome you with a big ‘hello’ and ‘welcome’ as soon as you walk through the door. They are one of the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to and accommodate you as well as they can. It’s a little out of my way but worth the drive to know I’ll get good service.

This is my fourth favorite McDonald’s. They have the big big play area. It is easy for my son to climb up into the play scape area. The table set up in there it’s ok but it gets full fast. They need more seating. And there food and service is ok not great. Faster to go inside and get food if your going to get food.

The food smells bad and is gross. But my kids love to play here. There should be a better vegetarian selection of food to order. Why does everything have to have meat in it? The French fries are yucky.

this is probably the slowest, most chaotic fast food place and slowest most chaotic McDonald’s I’ve ever seen or been to. oh my. .
At first I thought it was just b/​c this was the closest one in the area is why there was so much traffic in the parking lot. We went here on Saturday 10÷15÷11 around 10:30am (ish) and my bf mentioned breakfast stopped @ 1030 or 11. I didnt think we’d make it b/​c we were in line for so long. We finally made it to the front, ordered and stood to the side. i was never given a receipt or an order number. She just moved to the next person.
We stood, and we stood and then we stood some more. Finally we went to the front and asked about our order, (which we had no # b/​c no receipt) we said 2 egg mcmuffins, and someone said oh, its been sitting here. here you go”. gee thanks.
Thankfully on the 19^th the new one on University near Sunrise opens up. Yay!

The service at this location is very fast and this is possible because they service hard cold food. My big mac had hard bread and very dry meat. Before coming here consider eating a dirt sandwich.

I have 3 young boys and occasionally they want a happy meal with chicken nuggets, occassionally meaning daily.
Unfortunately for me this is the closest McD’s by my house.
Normally I wouldn’t bother with a Unilocal review for McD but this is an exception.
If you have seen famous quote from Lethal Weapon you will understand the feeling of using their dtive through. I would say that being generous they screw up their order 90% of the time, yes 9 times out of 10 you will not get what you order. It’s quite a treat really to order something and then later see what they hand you.
My wife wrote the manager about these repeated experiences and received an apology letter and coupons for free food — and yes you guessed it, when we redeemed the coupons they screwed up our order.
Today when she ordered a happy meal with an ice cream cone they forgot the cone so she had to go in and ask for it. Then when she got home she realized they also forgot to include the nuggets. Just a toy and apples…
From now on I’ll go to the one at 620 and I-​35.

I forgot to order Strawberry jam with my breakfast like I usually do so when I got to the window and asked the lady on the window for a strawberry jam she got me 3 and handed then to me with a smile… it really made my day to see it is possible for some one who works at McDonald’s not to throw your food at you while looking the other way which is what we get in Florida unless we get rolled eyes and heaved sighs. Thank you!!! :)

I’ve enjoyed the new blend of coffee at McDonald’s for a while now, but I haven’t tried the iced coffee. Today I did.
Me: «Large iced coffee, please.»
Very Underpaid and Under-​appreciated Person Working at the Counter: «here you go.»
*Coffee obviously has a LOT of cream in it. It is very milky looking*
Me: «Sorry, I didn’t want any cream in my coffee»
VUaU-aPWatC:“That’s the way it comes”
*slightly taken back. — Checks menu board for description — nothing there*
Me: «uh, okay, but I don’t want cream in it. I just want iced coffee»
VUaU-aPWatC:“okay”
*wait*
VUaU-aPWatC:“here you go“
Me: «Thanks»
*Walks away, puts straw in MASSIVE cup — must be 32 oz — and I cringe*
Me: «Sorry, but there is sweetener in here — tastes like vanilla, too»
VUaU-​aPWatC: «Yeah, it comes with cream and vanilla syrup. You said you didn’t want any cream»
*thinking ‘oh yeah, it’s my fault I didn’t realize that cream and vanilla syrup came in the iced coffee with the description only saying «iced coffee» ‘
Me: «I didn’t know it came sweetened, vanilla flavored, and loaded with cream. I just wanted iced coffee — just cold brewed coffee and ice»
VUaU-aPWatC:“Cold brewed?“
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why «McCafe» is a bad idea. Ice + Coffee = iced coffee… except here. Writing this review I remember when they started the McCafe thing a few years ago I tried a cappuccino and it also came vanilla flavored. I guess at McDonald’s HQ they think their customers don’t like coffee, but only vanilla.

Right next to I-​35, so this location gets lots of travelers.
Big play area with dining area, but oddly small dining area away from the play area.
The girl at the register only half listened to our order as she was entering it into the register and asked us questions about details we had already given her. She also completely missed an item, so I had to go stand in line a second time.
Other than that, the food is the same here as it is at all the other locations you have ever been to.
