I stopped going to this subway because employees always look like there in the back getting high. You never know what to expect with the employees at this location!

Honest and objective: I started coming to this Subway when I started working in the area, late September. It’s perfectly fine. It’s clean, smells clean, and I’ve never had a problem with inattentive or unhelpful employees. In fact, since I’ve been going there, they’ve been far friendlier than the last Subway I regularly went to, downtown Austin. Keep up the good work!

This Subway needs major modification if it wants to be successful. I rarely write reviews, however my experience there yesterday highly encouraged me to do so. The workers were friendly and fine, it was the appearance and lack of cleanliness that I’m writing this for. They didn’t have pepperoni pizza so they make-shifted with pepperoni from the sandwich meat. There were 2 empty Frito bags laying where a vegetable container should have been and clearly visible to the customers, then another half-eaten Fritos bag laying in between the toppings. The entire sandwich making island was covered in scraps and droppings of condiments, including dirty knives they used for cutting the sandwiches in half. They were completely out of pickles and this was 6 p.m. on a weekday. They were completely out of cookies, and overall the entire place looked rundown. The glass, countertops, sandwich supply area, oven area, and more all looked like they hadn’t been wiped down, let alone thoroughly cleaned, in months. I would highly discourage anyone from ordering from this location.

I knew as soon as I walked into the store that I was in for an unpleasant experience. Unattentive, borderline rude staff. The guy that put my sandwich together squirted way too much mustard and dressing on my sandwich, and couldn’t even bother to distribute it evenly. I’m pretty sure he just wanted to leave. Too bad he had a few hours left in his shift. There were only a few slices of tomatoes left in the container, and a few other vegetables, particularly some what appeared to be soggy lettuce, had fallen into the tomato bin. The tomatoes that were in the bin appeared sick and unappetizing, so I skipped them. The soggy lettuce seemed to be in other nearby bins as well. Easily the worst Subway I’ve even been to. Will never return.

It’s about like any other Subway. Nothing particularly special about it. Sandwiches were fine but the tuna we had seemed a little heavy on the mayo. The lady working at the register was very nice though. Since it was all ok, her great attitude would make it worth a return trip. Wish she had been wearing a name badge so I could let Subway know about her.
