Customer Service is a huge deal for me. Especially if you become a «regular» at places. I would expect if you were to go to a let’s say a coffee shop, small café or a pharmacy they would recognize you and know what you are going to order. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and the past 2 months I unfortunately have had to deal with monitoring gestational diabetes. Every couple of weeks I have had to go to the pharmacy to pick up test strips and medication. Today was probably the fourth or fifth time I had to pick up test strips and Brian was standing at the counter helping another customer. As I walked up to get in line he greeted me and said«Hello Ms. Diaz I will be with you in just a moment.» OMG I was shocked and confused for a second. I couldn’t believe he remembered my name. This really just made my day and made a huge impression on me. Since I had been picking up test strips all the pharmacy techs have been really nice and always so concerned about how much I had to pay for each refill. They always asked«You are aware of the price on this prescription?» I always answer yes. I’ve had to pay out of pocket because we had not reached our deductible but hasn’t been much of an issue because I’m using a FSA to pay for it. Today Brian you made my day by remembering who I was. I have enjoyed all my interactions with the other pharmacy staff also. Please forgive me because I do not know your names. There’s an older Asian gentleman that was there when I first picked up my test reader, strips and lancets who patiently explained how to use it all. Another lady that I believe is of Indian decent who was very sweet and I felt bad because our dog was in the car when we went through the drive thru and freaked her out. We pulled around and I just walked inside. I’m having this baby very soon so I probably won’t be back in the pharmacy anytime soon but thank you all for being so kind and patient.

There is a reason why several of us(I just wonder how to do a survey how many…) moved prescriptions from the«Pharmacy» across the street to this CVS: CUSTOMERSERVICE. This CVS understand what it means. No lines! If you are busy inside and out, staff appropriately– don’t keep telling the person outside«one moment please». Somehow they manage to service everyone. This is just one small example of many: I have a couple scripts that I get monthly(but always have to get a new script for the same med and dosage each month) but CVS keeps it in stock. They greet me by name – this was actually unnerving the first few times!!– but now I’m used to it and love it. Now I have had to go to other CVS stores to pick up meds, and this«extremely high» level of customer service doesn’t exist at every store(however the staff is still generally friendly and helpful). I But I have visited many CVS(and competitor) stores in other states, and there is a definite difference in how CVS employees treat their customers – not just pharmacy staff, but front employees, including stores with self checkout areas. This CVS stands out above the rest. There entire staff works hard to keep their customers happy and not interested in leaving. I was a faithful customer«across the street» for over 20 years, definitely ever since they opened. It took a lot to change to somewhere else, but I’ve been very happy with the move to CVS at Wyoming Springs!

Why is it that every time I walk in the place I have to hunt down a person to check me out? This explains why Walgreens is always busy and CVS isn’t. You get better service there. Also why would any store ever put out their sale tags a day early and then tell their customer to come back the next day to get the sale price? This place is insane.

I will gladly revise this review is someone can explain to me how it is possible that the prescription drive-through lane did not move for nearly 20 minutes yesterday afternoon. «Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.» –Ferris Bueller, definitely not referring to the prescription line at this CVS. I will be staying away from this location for prescriptions.

The staff is wonderful — always polite and helpful. I never have to wait in a line. Didn’t know I could transfer prescriptions from Walgreens until I read Troy’s review… will have to do that because there are never any cars in the drive-thru!

New location that allowed me to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens to here with ease. As you would expect with a new location the place is clean, well stocked, friendly staff, and has more items than Walgreens tends to carry. I even saw portable dog beds and kennels, and much larger selections of items like: candy, wine/beer, and cosmetics. It’s not that I shop for these often, but it is something that you will notice in the cleaned aisles and nice layout of the store. Being that they honor my medical prescriptions now, seems that I found me a new pharmacy and quick stop shopping place.
