CVS pharmacy

The CVS card works great. No muss, No fuss, as in «what’s in your wallet» or in CVS’s case «what’s on your key ring». I get some prescriptions monthly from CVS instead of getting them quarterly from Humana’s mail in pharmacy. It is a higher co-​pay, but you get very good service from the CVS Pharmacy. CVS’s service outweighs the extra co-​pay hands down. I shop there often and the clerks up front are friendly and helpful. Of course we recognize each other and exchange pleasantries. A mile from my house makes them my corner store for milk bread, water, wine, etc..

It’s pretty pitiful when you call in two prescriptions for refill at 5 am, give them until 3 pm to fill them and they mess up and only fill one of the prescriptions. Andddd it’s happened more than once! I’m soooo disappointed. They used to have really great customer service, but over the last couple of years it has steadily declined to the point that I clearly cannot count on getting my prescriptions when I need them. They have so many customers that they can’t provide good customer service any longer.

Multiple occasions did not start filling called in prescriptions until I arrived to pick it up.

I love this 24 hour pharmacy! They’re quick, friendly, and have always been accurate. I feel lucky that this location is so convenient for me because it is 24 hours and illnesses don’t understand closing times. The drive-​thru is very convenient and quick as well.

It was 12 am. And they had me daughters prescription ready in just minutes thank you I only gave 4 star I thought the pharmacist could of been a little bit more friendly

I love this CVS!!! It’s just a mile or two from my house so I go there all the time. They’re always super helpful any time and they’re very nice. Even when they make mistakes they fix them immediately and like to help you save money with coupons or scanning your CVS card. Definitely my favorite location!

I went into this location w/​a return and the lady (Ronda) was very rude and even had the nerve to tell me that what I was returning was not theirs. The receipt was CVS. Went into another CVS off of 620 and had no problems returning the merchandise.
Very rude employee.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! Have even invited a few over to the house for some of my poker parties… The beer is very cheap here as well!

CVS of Round Rock and W Old Settlers, I freakin’ LOVE you guys! Your store is always pristine. You send me e-​mails five times a day with 15 different coupons I don’t give a hoot about.
Your staff is awesome. Super friendly. Always pointing out my CVS points, where to use them, how to use them, how not to be blonde and actually save them because they are good for something.
You have sales on brand name products every week. And not bad sales, genuine «you buy 4 of these a month at regular price why not stock up and buy them for half the price» kind of deals.
You have plenty of parking, easy access on and off i35.
True story — I had a massage scheduled with my massage therapist and forgot a hair tie. Ran into CVS in a panic, asked the guy at the register with a long line, he told me EXACTLY where to go and when I came running back up everyone shoo’d me ahead and he checked me right out!
Could be that Austin/​Round Rockers totally rock but I think it’s that this particular location has it’s shit together!
