Cedar Park AC

July 4^th: I’d recommend Cedar Park AC. My AC went out and they came promptly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was an honest mistake that was made that made it take way more time than it should have. But Doug the owner was very accountable and responsive, he made everything right and it was even the 4^th of July when they finished it up. I’d use them again for sure.
UPDATE Aug 12: I gave them a positive review initially because they eventually got me sorted out and were responsive. A month later my AC is out again. I called them to help sort out my issue. I tried calling Thursday August 6 and left a message. No call back. I called multiple times Friday and Saturday. No return call. I am very understanding of what it takes running a business and tolerant of mistakes. But not returning calls and no communication is unacceptable in a business.

I love these guys! Doug and his boys are courteous and do a very nice job with working on or replacing your AC system. I have used Cedar Park air on an old AC that could have been said needs to be replaced ASAP. Instead Cedar Park AC said lets service it and I bet we can get another 2 or 3 years out of it. And we did! I also had my upstairs unit replaced and they did a fantastic job at the best price I could find. They are honest, that is the best attribute about this company. HONESTY! Hard to find in a service industry where if you dont find problems you dont eat. This is your end all place for Heating and AC needs.

Our AC went out on Tuesday night. I called them on Wednesday morning, they came to diagnose the problem on Wednesday afternoon, and the repair was complete by Thursday morning. They are prompt, courteous, and honest.
They were recommended by a couple of my friends and have serviced the HVAC at my business and my home for a couple of years. Love them.
