I love this place! Warning you now though, they get busy really fast. The wait for walk-ins this weekend was upwards of an hour. I did the classic mani & pedi combo($ 40). As soon as I walked in I could tell it was a very clean, professional nail spa. They greeted me warmly, offered me something to drink right away, and sat me down to soak my feet in a spa chair. I love the rolling massage on those things! Unlike anywhere I’ve ever been, the foot bowl has a plastic liner placed in it that they throw out after every customer — great for hygiene! The foot scrub and massage was so nice and everything smelled wonderful. I had Tammy for both feet and nails and she was really sweet and very good. She paid extra attention in making sure that I didn’t accidentally mess anything up when putting back on my flip flops. In fact, all the ladies here seemed really nice. To finish it all off they have a drying table to sit under for 10 minutes or so to make sure you’re dried enough to pay and drive. After 1.5hrs of pampering and relaxation my mani & pedi looked fabulous. Will absolutely be back again!

Tammy is the truth! She takes her time, is so meticulous and always does a spectacular manicure for me. I can’t speak for any other manicurist at this nail salon simply because I always request Tammy. I’ve been to many nail salons to know that once you’ve found someone that does solid work — you stick with them. I get the SNS nail treatment here. I was told this helps strengthen your natural nails better than a shellac manicure, but I haven’t seen a significant difference in the strength of my natural nails. My nails still feel a bit brittle once I remove the SNS Polish. The only reason I prefer SNS to Shellac is because you’ll hardly experience peeling, broken nails or any polish chipping with the SNS treatment.

I love my nails!!! Tammy went above and beyond to make certain I was happy and make up for my first experience with a different tech(who is no longer there). I was really floored by her graciousness and professionalism. She had Michelle re-do my full set and Michelle did an AMAZING job! Just looking at them makes me happy. She did not nick or hurt me one time with the drill bit and handled my hands very gently which I really appreciate. I decided to take a leap and have her re-shape them into an almond shape and it’s perfect! I’m so pleased because this Salon is really beautiful inside and I impeccably clean. As other reviews have mentioned they will keep the supplies they use on you and put them in your own box for when you return. It’s this kind of cleanliness and personal touch that really sets them above other salons. They also did a pedicure on my grandmother who has very scary feet, and they made her feel beautiful. All of the girls treated her very respectfully and made her look great. Especially for pedicures this will probably be my go to place. If you’re in the Round Rock area don’t pass this Salon up. Thanks Tammy!

So this place is just OK and let me tell you why… I made an appointment for noon on Sunday as soon as they opened up as I am getting married this week and wanted to get all of the bells and whistles. The second name for this place should be upcharge the hell out of you. At any rate, I walk in and am lacklusterly greeted by someone that seems confused as to if I had an appointment or what I was coming in for, so they are not very organized on this front and it doesn’t seem like it matters if you make an appointment or not because they take pretty much all of the walk in customers as well regardless. I told them I wanted the ice cream pedicure and a shellac manicure on the phone, they again were disorganized getting me set up and I had to repeat what I wanted a few times. I wanted a simple french manicure and some lace design to go on my nails and on my big toe, the lady that I had was very nice but she didn’t speak much english so the owner was very involved and getting the information across. She remembers peoples names and has very good customer service skills but it doesn’t seem to translate to most of the other girls working there. My pedicure was pleasant enough but I do not think it was worth $ 55 because I have had similar pedicures at other places for about $ 10 – 15 cheaper, they convinced me to get shellac on my toes which was another $ 22, they charged me $ 10 for a french manicure on my toes and then another $ 5 for design on the big toe. I really don’t feel the $ 22 shellac charge was worth it especially because I had to get my pedicure finished while doing my manicure and the owner finished it sitting on the floor. I would opt to just get a shellac top coat in the future and not waste the extra money. They do have the liners in the pedicure soak tubs but there are again other salons that do this and are just as clean for a fraction of the cost. My manicure was also OK but she did a nice job with the design and the overall look of it… but again it was $ 35 for the manicure then another $ 10 for french design and another $ 10 for the lace design. All in all my total came up to $ 147, you get a 5% discount for paying cash… but at this point they were very disorganized and had a lot of customers in there and were all over the place. They can’t seem to manage their workload very well. I did not have the option of being offered a box for myself for future visits… so that was enough of a sign for me to say I would not return but I will say my nails look very nice. It is very lovely and clean in here, but i don’t need to spend that kind of money on just normal nail services that did not blow me away or show that they were superior to anyone else that is around the area. My quest will continue for my perfect nail salon I guess.

I made an appointment at 3 today, went there on time and end up waiting until 3:30 before anyone offered me a drink. All I gotta say is that I see people came in later than me getting service before I did, and btw I’m Asian. Being an analytics professional, maybe they are doing this out of statistical out come that Asians tip bad? Or maybe they are pure racists I don’t know. I think this situation should be reported to BBB if they have an account there. I’m not criticizing their skills or technic since I end up walking out without getting any service. By the end of the day, I’m not letting this experience ruin my day :)
