Alliance Association Management

Can never get anyone on the phone and NO ONE has returned my last five messages over the course of a week. Nightmare company.

Worst management company ever. No one in the company communicates with each other. And you can forget about someone answering the phone or emails in a timely manner.

Since we decide to move in to Northwoods @ Avery Ranch, it has a nightmare dealing with Alliance or now call themselves Associa. Phone calls will always goes into voice mail with a message…“we will return your call within 24 hours or next business days” but never happen.
HOA meeting suppose to be in on Feb 23 but wait for 30 mins with other neighbours and no one shows up. The only contact they listed in the HOA meeting notice is a Fax number and email…
Never use this company as your Management company for HOA.

After many years of questions management companies, our HOA switched to Alliance Association Management. As with any new transition, there were some hurdles to overcome… and they did so magnificently. Not to say that everything is always perfect… we are human and we all make mistakes, things slip through the cracks, etc… but it is the way that these matters are handled… and promptly handled… that makes all the difference. Continual mistakes are no longer an issue with this HOA; the amount of time I as President save in ‘managing’ this HOA is significantly reduced by the professional and constant assistance I receive from Alliance… and in particular Christine Gamache. My emails are returned PROMPTLY… that is amazing! Seldom do I have to leave a voice mail… and we even communicate by text! Managing an HOA is a challenge sometimes… and it’s a volunteer position… so any professional assistance that we can muster is greatly appreciated. We have had the guidance of Alliance thru general HOA matters and significant legal matters. Yes, we pay a fee for their services and we feel that fee is more than congruent with the value we receive from this company. what I most value… I can sit down across a table from anyone from Alliance… and we hash out whatever our concerns are… or what our specific desires are… and they are committed to making it happen! Many times… on short notice! HOA’s and Managements companies get a bad rap and that’s unfortunate because they do provide a tremendously valuable service. Our neighborhood is flourishing, we have only 2 homes for sale… we are the place people want to live! I personally appreciate Alliance and Christine-​and her team… for making my job so much easier, keeping our homeowners happy and our neighborhood growing. Thank you!
