Todd is great. Very helpful with all my questions about critters and knows his stuff. Best of all, he is honest about what you need and what you don’t when it comes to dealing with uninvited guests.

Todd was fantastic! I found his information through Groupon and he contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment. He was flexible with his availability and worked around my schedule. He was very quick and efficient, as well as educated me on things to look out for. He was animal friendly and so were his products! I’d definitely recommend him and plan to hire him in the future if needed.

He was nice but seemed more interested in petting my dog than pest control. Came out for three visits and haven’t heard a word since. When I had ABC, they came out bi-​weekly for a couple of months to insure I had no pest issues. All the visits were covered by one fee. I was charged per visit.

Did a good job I would call again and refer to a friend.

Such a great experience! Todd was super friendly, educated me on the type of insecticide used and was in and out in no time at all.

A little hard to get a hold of them. After leaving a couple of voicemails, spanning a couple of weeks, they finally replied by text. The work was good, no complaints there. I would definitely recommend them. No ants since they’ve been here. Hopefully it says that way for a while.

We switched over to Todd and A Killer Instinct about a year ago after being unhappy with a large/​corporate-​type company. We couldn’t be happier. He is always on-​time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes time to explain about different insects to me and my kids, which they love! Yesterday afternoon, a emergent situation came up– he was here first thing this morning. He took care of it and scheduled a time to follow up to make sure we won’t have the problem again. I would recommend him whole-​heartedly to anyone! His pricing is the same, if not better, than any of the big companies who don’t care about their customers.

Great guy! Definitely call him! I had a special circumstance this morning and called him. He was at my house in less than an hour. He immediately found the source of the problem. Then he gave me a quote to fix it and worked with me on a payment plan. He then sprayed my house with dog friendly insecticide. I went from feeling grossed out by my house, to feeling like it’s fixed in one day!

After a bad experience I received from Edge Pest Control in the past, I was hesitant to call another pest contractor but glad I called theses guys and I wanted to stop and give a review to the great service that was provided a few days prior for me,…I had a serious infestation of fire ants in different spots of our house. I was getting bit with some random ants and then to find these little punks invading our pantry. I called our hero to come take care of the issue and sure enough they disappeared. No more ants or even spiders. I’m looking at these other reviews and it blows my mind to see what people write on here. They get a super cheap price and complain about having to pay a little more for scorpions? What’s next? Free services? Some people need to pull it together. Seriously! I even trusted him to pest control when I wasn’t home. He was nice enough to let me dog out for awhile while he sprayed. Thanks again for taking care of my bug issues and for a very reasonable price. No contract, just a recommendation. That’s awesome!

Todd is the best! No more Carpenter Ants.
He came out about 4 months ago there have not been any pesky bug problems either. We have decided to have him come out quarterly and take care of our home.
Todd in very intuitive, adamant, and determinant to solve your problem. He is very knowledgeable about pest control, chemicals and safeness for pets and children. I have never knew the stuff he taught me about bugs, ants and Mosquitoes.
By the way, he said he would be here at 9am on Friday in Circle C area from Round Rock and he was here at 8:45am. Could not be any happier with his service and friendliness.

Todd was very knowledgable and helpful! We have used him several times… But recently had a bug problem and he came out and we were still seeing bugs so we called him and he came out for free! I would recommend him to my family and friends!

Nope, not happy at all. We bought a Groupon and I have been trying to make an appointment. Left a voice mail and sent an e-​mail via their web-​site, not a peep from this business.
We asked Groupon to help us to schedule an appointment, and received an e-​mail from Groupon to tell us that they reached out to this business. 3 more days passed and still nothing.
If they do not want to honor their certificates, why do they advertise with Groupon in the first place? F–

Todd was excellent. He came out that day after I explained to him how bad our carpenter ant problem had become. I’ve had this problem for the 7 – 8 years … we just couldn’t get rid of them. The other pest control groups would just treat it and be ready to come back in 6 months and do the same.
Todd was different. He was adamant that he’d find the queen and he did. Done. No more carpenter ants some 12 months later.
I highly recommend him!

This review is closer to a 4.5 instead of a 5, but I bumped him up. Todd was great. I purchased his Living Social deal on one day and then called the next day to schedule. He responded and scheduled me pretty fast.
Unfortunately, he did not show up to his appointment on the schedule day. He did call once I called him and told me that is was too cold for the work. I understood and we rescheduled for the next day.
Once he showed, he was early and discussed with me what he was doing. He also provided me with information on how to protect my house from nasty and pesky bugs. He was personable, great, and was efficient.
I got on his quartely service because it’s a must have in Texas. I highly recommend.

I’ve used Todd for an initial pest spray at one of my rental properties — he was professional, organized and did a thorough job. So I didn’t hesitate to call him again for another rental property where a raccoon was up in the attic. Same experience — very professional and informed me of what was going on throughout the entire profess. I’ll be using him again — highly recommend him.

Todd is great, we used him to treat our new home and plan to go back to him whenever needed. He is very professional and comfortable to be around. He is a family man and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

Todd just opened up a few months ago we were one of his first clients. We had tons of nasty fire ants and tried everything I could find in Home Depot but it would only last a week or so and then they’d be back. Eventually they started coming in our house and that’s when we called Todd. Our toddlers play in the back yard a lot so we really need there to be no colonies at all but we also can’t have toxic stuff around since they are toddlers and put everything in their mouth. Todd uses non-​toxic natural stuff that’s safe for the kids 20 min after he puts it on. He came out very quickly and treated the yard. It took a couple of treatments (he came out for free after the first treatment since we signed for the quarterly plan where you only pay once per quarter) but after that we haven’t had any fire ants. Can highly recommend Todd.
