The good news: Technician Star is great, super friendly, super knowledgeable, super helpful.
The bad news: Getting in touch with the «office» (aka Summer) is virtually impossible. We have used them for over 5 years, and as long as I only contact Star, all is well. But if I need to contact, they rarely return phone calls, and their voice mail is a generic, unprofessional computerized voice, with no mention of the company name. I get the same results no matter if I leave a message or just hang… no communication, no return call.

I was surprised to see only one review here. I have been using Bug Guys for a while now. Like the other review states, they really do go our of their way! Star and Summer are so pleasant and fun to talk to. Star really knows bugs. It has been an all around most wonderful experience with them. I can’t recommend them enough.

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with any type of service. They were helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to. We needed a board nailed back in place on our roof to keep pigeons from sneaking in to our attic. They came out to repair. Spent an hour trying to get to it. Due to the pitch of the roof they weren’t able to do it yet they didn’t charge us a dollar despite the time and effort they expended. Can’t recommend them enough.
