This bussiness is F Rated by the BBB for a reason. SHADY SHADY PEOPLE. Lied repeteadly to us when we bought our car there ensuring us that there were no problems with the car. When we found problems they dicked us around and then told us they were our problems. Gave us Wisconsin plates even though we lived in IL. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was 9 months pregnant, and saw they had a deal to get your car detailed. I took it in and asked for only the inside done so I could bring my new baby home in a clean vehicle. My son had fish crackers and french fries everywhere! My fabric is tan and there were dark spots all over it. When I came to pick it up it was absolutley soking wet, not just damp. Not one stain was gone, the cup holder in the back seat wasnt even wiped out, I was so upset. I went back in to express that i wasn’t happy and wanted my money back or it cleaned right. The owner preceeded to yell at me across the room (mind u.9 monthe pregnant here!!) He told me my car is trashed and thats as good as it gets and told the young guy who did it to go wipe out my cup holder. I then went to Park Place in Third Lake for a second opinion, he said it was horribly done, showed me where they left dirty water in the back of my vehicle and he had his guys clean my car at no charge! It was absolutley spotless!!! Beautiful! I then called smartchoice to explain I took it somewhere else and the cleaned it amazingly and I want to come show them. The owner (the one who yelled at me) is who answered the phone and he pretended it wasnt him ans said he would not be in til monday. So I called back and asked for him by name if he was working that day and they said yes. So I was just so turned off by how childish this man was and didnt bother going in. I just sent a bbb report. He replied to that in a very childish smart ass was as well. Its just sad how un professional a grown man is. My husband and I both need new vehicles soon, and this is right by our house… but he will NEVER get our business again or recomendations. Bad word of mouth travels faster then good, and I am in a business where I talk to a lot of people in the area. Hopefully he starts to act his age and more professional.
