Have been here many, many times over the past 20 years! Tonight my wife and son got hung up on twice because they did not want to deal with a legitimate complaint. I will never again frequent any establishment that allows the conduct that my family was subjected to this evening. Evidently things have changed at Orlando’s, it is truly a pity.

So I decided to give this place another try, and I was so surprised! The service was amazing and the server was very attentive. Whenever I was about to ask for something he seemed to be there whenever I needed him. The food was very good this time around and I have no complaints. As usual they have fantastic ice cream! You have to make room for desert or you can’t call it a visit! Definitely will recommend!

good pizza for the area… the double doughs sometimes are not cooked through so gets doughy… good lasagna and pasta… could use a nice double decker like at waynes pizza. fast service and for the most part consistent like a good pizza place should be. never had to return an item always get order right…
just make sure if ordering double dough you ask for it well done.

Ordered here for the first time… just moved in to this wonderful area… Pizza was ok nothing to get crazy about. Picked up myself the place is tiny got two orders of fries which were also ok nothing to get excited about… wasn’t bad but wasn’t that great. Just pizza.

I tried this place on Halloween. Maybe that was a mistake. It was very busy and I just ordered take out. I felt it was kind of pricey for what I got. The pizza was ok, but the breaded mushrooms were soggy and not crispy. The lady at the counter did her best to get me in and out quickly which I appreciated. Just not sure if I’ll be going back. I think I’d rather drive to Antioch.

I have been ordering from Olandos for twenty years! Their food is amazing! The salads, the pizza, the lasagna, the ribs… mmmmm ribs! Too bad it’s breakfast time and they don’t open for another couple of hours! Order a Bootie, get it on garlic bread!
Olandos is a part of our family. Any time we have something to celebrate, we always go to Olandos. Most of the staff has been there for years and treat us like family. That’s not easy to come by these days!
Give it a try! You’ll love it, just like we do!

Love, love, love this place. The staff is great. The food is great. The pizza is awesome. By the slice or a whole pizza I have never been disappointed. Lots of cheese, great sauce and the dough is perfect!!! A must if you are in the area!!!

I have never been disappointed with ordering from olandos! This is such a cute idea with the diner feel inside. The food is delicious, there hasn’t been one thing I have tried that I didn’t like. Everything is always cooked correctly. There delivery is also awesome always earlier then estimated. Keep doing what your doing because it’s working.

The big bootie is the best on thus menu. That’s all I get every time I order carry out. The amount of cheese to meat ratio is just right. Topped it off with some hot peppers and got it extra juicy is how I get it. There fries are just ok, but that’s all right, it’s about the main dish.

We came here for shakes and pizza. Everything was fine, nothing was amazing. I’ve been back for chicken fingers and fries and their BBQ chicken. Again, nothing earth shattering. But, when you don’t want to drive far, it’s an option.

This place is good, but customer service is lacking. When they are busy it’s completely chaotic and customer service really suffers. The food isn’t a bad price for the portions they give you. I recommend the «Diana’s Salad.» If you come here when it’s not busy, it really is a cute, cozy, casual place to go. The ice cream is amazing too, and they swap out flavors often. Like I said before, this place can be an enjoyable place to have a meal– if it’s not busy.

I have been a customer here for over a decade. I love the food. My wife and I order at least once a week sometimes more, but lately I have been very disappointed with the service at the counter. I often stop by after work for a slice of pizza, the last two times I stopped in I was ignored. The first incident I prepaid for my slice, and was waiting for them to put out slice of the day, and they did, but the lady owner did not bag my food she kept skipping me and helping others until I said something. The second time I came in and the same lady was already done with the customer she was with, but was chatting the day away while I waited to be acknowledged. I got tired of waiting so I left. At this point I don’t know if I ever wanna go back.

I have been coming here for years and have absolutely no complaints!!! This is my (and my family’s) go to spot when we want pizza for nearly any occasion. Hungry? Olando’s. Craving pizza? Olando’s. Sports game on? Order Olando’s. Their pizza is one of the best around and it’s not just their pizza that makes this place fantastic… It’s everything! From all of their options like ribs (which are beyond good), pasta (Mostaccioli is very, very appetizing), and all of the sweets that are available to you! Dozens of choices of flavors for ice cream. You can’t go wrong. Also the set up is adorable, in my opinion. With a 50’s themed diner, it’s a flashback to that era. Love ordering from Olando’s, one can never go wrong!

I went there one time. so far. They have amazing pizza! We got a large double dough pizza, half pepperoni and bacon and half ricotta and spinach. It was stellar! We ate it for days after taking most of it home cuz it was so epically huge! Lots of cheese, super huge and cooked perfectly. I’ve been craving it ever since. Heaven in pizza form. I can’t wait to go back!
