This was the worst experience ever collectively this group apparently shares one brain. I have gone here and keep telling myself oh was off day. Guess what the last 8 times don’t get what you went for. I even thought that if I go in it might work. Ah nope. This place is a Damn joke learn how to read you can update a place but teaching employee’s should be a first an for most proper training would help. Instead if you could film ineptitude this place would be gold mine.

I try not to eat fast food too often. It bothers my stomach and it’s not healthy. I would choose Wendy’s over BK or McDonald’s any day. Food has always tasted fresh and made to order. Fries are usually hot and crispy. A couple weeks ago was the first time I went in there since the new renovations and I was surprised how nice it was. At first I was a little overwhelmed because of how different the set up was but it’s cool and makes it feel like more of a restaurant than just your average fast food place. My only complaint would have to be the cashier taking my order. First of all, he clearly didn’t want to be there because of his actions. I walk up to place my order and he says, ‘Sup.’ That was it… seriously? How unprofessional and unfriendly can you be? Then mumbled the rest of whatever he said and I was on my way. Oh well. Food is good atleast and even the items on the value menu are of good proportion.

Let me start by saying it’s not the food that needs work but the service.
I’ve ordered from there before and after the renovations and find the same issue. They mess up the order 9 out of 10 times.
From adding cheese or onions (allergic to onions and cannot stand cheese) when I ask for none to not giving me all my food, but charging me for all of it. Don’t try to call because they don’t answer their phone, don’t bother going in to complain cause they don’t care.

First off, I love the new design of this Wendy’s. It’s elegant, fancy but classy and family friendly at the same time. It is a huge improvement from the old Wendy’s.
The food is fantastic as always. I love Wendy’s because everything beats out McDonald’s and Burger King.
The service inside is great. They are nice, they are friendly and make you feel at home but don’t go through drive-​thru. The service is poor. Every time I go through drive-​thru, the workers always seem miserable and are always short and nasty with their customers. They don’t seem to what to be there and it really effects my influence on whether or not I am going to eat there.
But, there really isn’t anything to complain about. The main reason I eat there is the food and the design of the restaurant, it really is amazing. I haven’t ever seen anything like it.
I highly recommend this Wendy’s in particular because of the renovations and sleek design inside the restaurant. I am a Wendy’s lover!

I am really impressed with the remodeling of this location. This area is in need of new and modern anything, and the look is refreshing. For a fast-​food restaurant, the staff was incredibly friendly, making for a very pleasant lunch. The food I had wasn’t any different, which is fine because I have always been a Wendy’s fan. But I can see from the menu that they have expanded and added some new things, and I will likely try them in the future. Good improvement Wendy’s!

First of all, I am very impressed with the new design of the building, i love the new modern look, makes the place seem more put together.
Today i had ordered through the drive through & was not given my change (or i pulled off before they could give it to me) Anyways, i realized this and went inside. The staff was super friendly & I was guided to talk to the manager (Lori). I was super impressed with how friendly she was, even when they were super busy. She went back to the drive through area and the employee had set the money aside in a cup for me. I’ve never had a fast food resturant treat me as well as they did. They rock!

Alright I gotta give these guys a review. I know it’s a Wendy’s, so what? The fact is they started serving baked potatoes with bacon and cheese sauce and that’s worth a four-​star review for me. They never had them before: only sour cream and chive which frankly is enough to make me borch!
Who doesn’t love a cheesy bacon potato?
On top of that, I just tried their coffee and it’s really very good. Way better then Starbucks (But then, toilet water is better than Starbucks).
On top of that the staff is really friendly and super helpful. Keep those potatoes, and that coffee!

Another place that keeps expanding it’s menu to complete. Stick to your square burgers!
Have a dollar menu that might be your best bet if you are just looking for value. Some Wendy’s have like a buffet table. NOT here. Just a plain old Wendy’s and is generally more expensive than other fast food burger places.
