After having the original vehicle promised sold out from under me, the replacement vehicle took an additional week to process adding a week of rental car fee. I felt I was always chasing them to get answers on the vehicle and financing. Once the vehicle arrived it had a smashed front grate and one key FOB. They refused to reimburse me for the damages. I understand that I did not purchase a new vehicle, but my car should never have been sent out with front end damage. I would avoid this dealership.

Shopped all over for a 2013 Mercedes c300 4Matic, but Used Imports Auto gave me the most car for the money. I can’t say enough about Ali the General Manager. There had been a miscommunication regarding the price and Ali did everything he could to make things right. And speaking of price, they were below Kelly Blue Book and NADA. I drove off the lot knowing I could turn around and sell my new car for as much or more that I had just paid for it. l highly recommend this dealership!

Amazing Place. Perfect car and it was exactly as it was described online. By far the best prices in Atlanta my salesman Chris was so good and on point it was the easiest process like ever. Great car buying experience
Jon, Andre, Tony, Allan and the rest of the team at Used Import Autos are fantastic! They were straight forward with their prices and very patient with the financing process. I would recommend this team to anyone!
I read the other reviews and I am not sure what happened in their situation. I personally checked my carfax and autocheck and they both checked out perfectly fine. Maybe things have since changed, so I strongly encourage anyone to check out Used Import Autos.

Steaming mad… bought a 2010 Murano from them recently; was told that vehicle had «0» accidents, and only received a Carfax printout that showed no accidents. This week, when I went into another dealer, to trade up to something larger, they pulled up Carfax «and» Autocheck on the Murano, and guess what? It showed «front collision» on the Autocheck… the same document they did NOT provide nor disclose to me at the time of sale… that little «white lie» cost me thousands on the trade I made… I will never buy from nor reccomend them to anyone!!!
