WORST FLORIST EVER!!! Ordered from NY, ATLANTA FLOWER MARKET DELIVERED WILTED FLOWERS! What??? When my florist called them on it, they promised to redeliver, still no delivery the next day. When my florist spoke to them, Vincent & Richard were rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. However, Erica tried to be polite to my florist, but still did not make things right. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST, you will be disappointed if you use them. Be sure to check out the other Unilocal reviews… nothing but BAD!

After they delivered my Birthday arrangement sent to me by family who are out of state. I proceeded to pick all of the wilted flowers out of my arrangement to discard, the next day I had to remove 25% of the arrangement that had wilted over night. In 48 hrs. the entire arrangement was dead. I was given flowers from Publix the same day and 10 days later they are still alive. Go figure. I sent a picture of the arrangement with a thank you to the person who sent the flowers and they were not happy… her comments were, «that was not the arrangement that I ordered for you and asked me to send her the name and number of a local florist who I personally recommend. It certainly is not this one:-) I have received two flower deliveries in the last year from Atlanta Flower Market, the previous delivery was the same, their flowers are not fresh.

Ricard is the most rude unprofessional florist we have ever met. Beware. We will never use this florist for anything. There are too many florist in Roswell and Atlanta to have such awful service and be treated so rudely. The order was incorrect and Richard told my wife she must have counted incorrectly. He even asked her where she went to school insinuating that she could not count. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!!!

I can only echo the comments and statements from Cameron S. This service has hands down been the absolute worse experience from a florist I have EVER experienced. After reaching out to attempt to fix THEIR MISTAKE in coordinating (due to misinformation provided by their associate) I was transferred to the Supervisor who was in fact rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, who insulted me and presumed to place blame on everyone else rather than accept their responsibility for incorrect information provided by his team. There a 1,000 other better Florists in the Atlanta/​Roswell that are more deserving of earning your business and much more professional and respectful of their customers.
Do not make the same mistake and frequent the Atlanta Market, please choose another…
If I could only rate this business a –1 I would!
