Customer service in this Starbucks sucks! Go in, place is fairly empty, 6 employees behind counter, 1 car in drive thru, one person front of me, I wait 5 minutes and finally one of the six says she can help! Why, you saw me walk in, stand there in line and then want to help! No thanks.
Also, the proper response to «Thank You» is «you are welcome» and NOT «no problem» or any other variation except «my pleasure».

I don’t know about this place. I love the taste of most of their drinks/​food, but the staff is rude and talkative. I brought my service dog in and they were Indescribably awful. They were unwelcoming. Sometimes when the drinks are given to me the lids are loose and spill. It’s very pricy for the quantity. I still have given Starbucks three stars because of its taste.

The staff here prefers blabbering with each other rather than assist the customer. They see people in line but continue to pretend that nobody is there. Zero manners, Zero personality.

Java Java Java!!! Must have more power. Never a bad cup of Joe. If you don’t like what they make you ask for it to be remade. If you see something new and aren’t sure if you’ll like it, they will make you a sample or offer to give you something different. Staff up beat and cheerful.

We went right before closing and received free pastries for out effort!!! Sometimes timing, and being friendly with the staff, are everything!!!
Speaking of the staff, they were cool, very friendly and fast. As we all know end of day and no traffic doesn’t always equate to good service, but this time it did!
Enjoyed sitting outside in the shade and visiting with good friends! nice way to end the weekend!

One of 3 or 4 local Starbucks, I occasionally stop in here on the way to work when we’ve run out of bean or half and half. This one’s a little smaller than most, but still provides adequate seating and free wifi, so if you want to kill some time and sip on a starbucks drink, this will do this trick.

I LOOOOVE this Starbucks! I have to admit, I have never been inside, but the drive through is awesome, and the building itself is so quaint and cozy… not normal Starbucks.
Anyway, the DT is always quick, and the workers are always friendly. I always get the same drink, and it’s been made perfectly every time. I wish I didn’t like it so much, because my wallet is taking a serious beating… again.
