Starbucks

So much for the 3 minute rule at this Starbucks location! I’m not sure if they were milking the cows or pasteurizing the milk once they were finished. Waiting for almost 20 minutes from the time my husband placed an order for two iced coffees is freaking ridiculous. I worked for Starbucks for 3 years through college and I can tell you that this is NOT Starbucks protocol. I’m assuming it’s not snapshot season because this location would fail. I’m still trying to understand how it’s so difficult to poor pre made coffee into a flipping cup and add cream and 4 pumps of sweetener. Please someone explain this to me. I BEG YOU.

I LOVE LOVE this Starbucks location! The staff is amazing they get my order right, everyone is friendly and makes an effort to get to know me. I see the same faces all the time not a high turnover which says a lot. I’m a Starbucks addict have been to so many locations and this is by far the BEST! :)

THE BEST Starbucks! Seriously, they get my order right every time, and your a mobile order addict like me, they have it waiting on you every time you walk in! It’s amazing, cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks location and head virtually every morning! The staff is super personable, quick and my order is always perfect.
Their manager Jeff really understands how to exceed customer expectations too. I tried mobile order and pay for the first time, and goofed it up (I picked the wrong store), he fixed it for me and I had zero inconvenience even though it was my error.
I really like this location a lot and will be in every morning!

Nice Starbucks to visit if in this area. As always the staff is super nice and the products are always fresh.
I have a hard time giving any Starbucks a 5 star because I always gasp when they give me the total price.
Here’s what I LOVE though — Turkey Bacon Egg White on a Multigrain English Muffin — YUM!

I LOVE StarBucks but I am becoming more disappointed in the quality of the drinks. There needs to be a specific quality standard for mixing all of their drinks. One of my favorite drinks that they offer is the Frappuccino. However, I have been getting either a tasteless icee or a flavored milk and both are unacceptable for the price that a Starbucks costs. If I wanted sub-​quality drinks then I would buy them from somewhere else for a cheaper price. Starbucks… teach your employees how to properly mix the drinks and stop wasting my money.

I love Starbucks but this particular one is worse than an Airport Starbucks or one in Target. Orders are always mixed up: staff would rather talk to each other over their funky head gear instead of a simple conversation with someone a mere 2 feet away. It was faster to order and receive a double chocolate macchiato than to pour a simple cup of plain black coffee and then discuss how to charge that. I had a redemption code which was never recognized by the «coffee mistress «named Dawn. I have been here three times and now can comfortably wish it would close soon. The older store was more comfortable, better lit, and warmer. This one is not. All things that can be wrong are! Stay away!

As a former Starbucks partner (5+ years since I’ve been an employee) I regularly order complicated drinks and I hold very high expectations for my orders and service at Starbucks. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the store is incredibly clean. The partners are competent and kind, they always get my very customized drinks perfect. The store itself is brand new and is a great place to study. There are many chairs, tables, and most importantly, multiple electric outlets for recharging your electronic devices. I’m not exactly sure why other Unilocal users are complaining about the store being crowded: a large customer base is a testament to the great service. Yes, there is always a crowd of loyal customers at this store. Even during a rush I have never waited more than 3 minutes for a drink, and there is always a place to sit. Even when my Starbucks gold redemption codes didn’t work (the app is unreliable) the employees have worked with their supervisors to make sure I received the discount my gold membership had promised me. I have never been disappointed by this store and highly recommend it.

I’m a regular at this location. The new spot has more seating options. It’s pretty busy as it has a convenient drive thru. Excellent, fast, friendly service. Love this Starbucks and the incredible staff. Appreciate that I’m greeted with a smile and they take the time to call me by name. :-)
