Where do I begin…
The staff is rude for the most part, very unprofessional. I feel like I’m a bother when I’m there, no bedside manner. They prescribed my asthmatic husband the wrong antibiotic for pneumonia and never followed up with him except to leave an extremely rude voicemail after we questioned the antibiotic choice (which our primary care doc said was absolutely wrong!)

This Urgent Care is absolutely wonderful! I’ve received stellar care each time I’ve had to visit and have been pleased with my treatment each time. Dr. Dennis is very knowledgeable and a highly skilled Physician. She stitched up my forehead after I fell and you can’t even see the scar from where it was worked on! Her staff members have always been very kind to me, and they even call to check on me after I’m seen.

First of all please do not waste your time going to this place!!! The Dr. that owns the practice is Judith Dennis. She is probably who you will see. She is horrible! Extremely unprofessional. She comes in the room very rude and snarky and plops herself down on her knees on a chair and doesn’t walk over to say hi or greet you. She looks pissed off honestly. I have seen her twice. Then she quickly asks you what’s wrong while acting like she’s not listening. Then she says I will be back without another word. She barely examined me then left the room for another 20 minutes!!! She comes back with medicine. Never asked me what I was comfortable taking or what other symptoms I was feeling. There was not a conversation at all. She gave me medications that can affect my heart even after she knew about my arrythmia. Just be very careful of her. She is not knowledgable with medications and if you are looking for someone to treat you kindly and compassionate she is not your person. You will be a bother to her, and she acts like she’s a pissed of 15 year old instead of a Dr. Good luck to her, I hope they close down. Awful!
