In response to the owner’s review — I did pay in full as I was told the rest of my issues would not be resolved as there was«nothing they could do» for nails coming through those boards. Also, I figured the minor things that I did not find during the 5 minutes I had to look over everything(with the manager standing there waiting on my check) I could address when they returned as agreed to replace my windows. I never received a call back though I was told a call would be placed to me within a week or two. I emailed 3 times and never heard any more about my windows(one of the reasons I chose this company). I guess since they got my money, there was no impetus to respond. While the project was going on, I repeatedly had to keep track of repairs and so, no I did not enjoy the trip. If I had not caught the missed siding replacement a window trim that was not repaired fully initially, damaged boards that were placed on my deck, those things would have been left alone with the hope that I(the person paying) would not find them. That is the frustration, either do the job well, or don’t do it at all. Thus, I still do NOT recommend this company and want to prevent others from having a similar experience. If the owner is to respond again, please respond to let me know why I never got a response about window replacement?
