Well… where do I begin? From the call from Connie Morson to the visit from Jimmy Morson. Absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST! Family owned and operated… by far the best customer service AND service from Jimmy that I have ever received in my ripe olé’ 50 plus years. Jimmy arrived on time. actually somewhat early. which is VERY unusual these days from repair men and women. Often they are late, or just don’t show up. NOT JIMMY! He was there happy as a lark, ready to work. He diagnosed my gas fireplace issue, ordered the parts, then came out and fixed my fireplace. I MUST say. He is incredible! My fireplace is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I was also impressed with how clean he is when he works, His compassion for what is does is so evident. He is a true professional! Thank you Jimmy for expert service… all the way around! I will refer you to the MANY people I know! Connie, thank you for being such a wonderful and kind person.
