My girlfriend went here last week for laser hair removal. She’s done this numerous times in the past and always had a good experience at the Dunwoody location. For economical reasons, they removed their laser treatments from this office, so she had to drive out to Alpharetta.
This time they burned her bikini line so bad, she has red marks and burns/​scabs that still are very visible after 1 week.
The aesthetician brushed it off and told me the bumps would go away by the end of the day
We called the business manager to deliver this information several times and they never even returned our call.
