The best beef brisket in Georgia, including Fox Brothers. Ribs and pork are also excellent, but for crying out loud get Austin quality beef brisket now.

Meating Street BBQ is a Catering only place for now! You can get your mastercard, visa or cash out and ring Brian up. The delivery is «free». I put free in quotes because the BBQ price points to me are a bit on the higher end of what I’m used to seeing, but then again it’s hard to compare because some of the best lip smackin BBQ I’ve had has been pretty far from civilization and Brian is in Roswell competing with restaurant pricing here. My first experience with Brian was for Valentines, and this turned out to be a nice experience — I called Brian the day before to put in an order for 4. He was out of ribs but decided to cook some extra to «meat» demand(haha get it, meat!!!), so I would recommend that you call a day prior to get your order ready for him. Brian is very personable, customer service here is good. I also see that he’s passionate about his business and I really, really appreciate that. Understand that I travel all over for BBQ and eat BBQ at least once a week. So take my criticisms into account, this is really, really good BBQ. We’ll cover the meats I had first from the finest first. First, the chicken was amazing. This was one of the most tender and juiciest chickens I’ve ever had, cooked at a perfect temperature, right amount of season, skin was preserved well throughout the smoking process and delivery. Definite 5 stars. Next, the Brisket also hit a high mark from me, thick cut and tender — charred thinly and correctly on the exterior and and tender juicy inside. You get the smoke taste and feel off the brisket. I’ll go with 4.5 stars on this. Lastly the ribs were smoked beautifly, tender, again the smoking process is tasted throughout. The one thing I would appreciate better about the ribs is if they were seasoned a bit better, but I guess I can see what’s nice is that the meat has it’s flavor from Brian’s process. I would go 4 star on the ribs. The BBQ sauce is a mild but I understand that Brian is going to work up a spicey version. The sauce that accompanied our meals was gone very fast, I would suggest that you discuss with Brian the amount of sauce that you require ahead of time so you get enough. The sides — good. The Slaw is a chunky type cut into strips, and very lightly mayo-ed. I really like Brian’s take on this. I will go for a 5 star. The mac and cheese was tasty, but yet I find that maybe it’s the delivery process or packaging it just didn’t have the appeal of everything else, so I’d go about 3.5 on this. Overall this is a really great experience, and really tough to beat since it can be delivered fresh to your house or workplace. I would recommend Meat Street. I also understand Brian will deliver the smoker and set it up for special events, this may be an option to consider as well.
