FAVORITE LOCATION!
Although I live close to the Johns Creek store, this Kohl’s is my favorite location. I haven’t shopped Kohl’s in a while but when I was an active shopper, some of the items I would consistently purchase were their boy’s cotton shorts, my favorite Adidas running shoes and casual button down shirts for men.
Kohl’s always has a great collection of summer shorts for young men. They are a nice weighted cotton and have lots of pockets and details that my son really loves. Most importantly they are extremely durable and when they would have a sale, it was easy to stock up on some of their more popular styles. The one thing that they really need to improve is their casual t-​shirts because I don’t like some of the logo brands as they can sometimes be a bit offensive or just do not represent my son’s values. They just need to stop catering to the the lowest denominator and think about promoting more positive images.
Regarding my favorite Adidas, I discovered that this is the one store that consistently stocked my favorite style year after year unlike most stores who will only stock for a particular season. I loved this because the shoes were very comfortable and the perfect fit.
When it comes to shirts for men, they carried nice styles and colors in his larger size. They fit him well and were very comfortable.
This store always had great customer service, their clothing racks were always neat and organized, the dressing rooms were kept clean and the store was never crowded and it was always well stocked. If I couldn’t find something at one of the other stores, I could bet that this store would have it and whenever possible I could call and have the item held for pick up.
One of the great features of this store is the ability to exit through the shoe department to either avoid the crowds at the front of the store or just for the sake of convenience.
I appreciate the care and concern they show their customers.

I went to kohls this weekend and bought a really great sweater but after I threw away the tag I realized that there was a hole in it. The returns department didn’t give me any trouble when trying to exchange it because I had my receipt! This kohls had a great selection… I was also able to find a super cute dress to wear to a wedding at an affordable price… overall I had a great experience here!
Helpful hint: if you don’t have a kohls card try to connect to their wifi every time you go… when you do they have different coupons available! I didn’t know about this until now! I got 15% of my purchase just for logging in!

Customer service wise, the store receives 4 stars, but their return policy, while generous, is almost a losing situation.
When I hear people say I love Kohl’s, I often wonder why. I don’t normally shop at the chain and the two or three things I’ve purchased from them has been from their website.
Their commercials tout a great return policy and that is what brought me to them this occasion. I received a white snow vest for Christmas. I’m of the old school that you don’t wear white after Labor Day, and I don’t know why anyone would give me a snow/​ski vest, so I decided to return it for something I would use. I was not given a gift receipt, but the item did still have the tags attached.
I’d gone on line before knowing the full policy and saw a few items I would consider doing for the return, and took them to the customer service desk where I was told that they did not qualify for the return because they weren’t exactly $ 48. One was $ 39 and the other was $ 6, so I figured after tax, It wold come up to a little over $ 48 and I could pay the difference. Well, NO, that is not acceptable. It has to be one item, that is the exact same price as the item being returned.
I was told, that if I returned the item, I would receive a store credit of approximately $ 17, but I could exchange it for something of equal value ($ 48) of the price on the tag.
Well, if you’ve ever had to search a department store for any item, you know how tedious that can be, but if you have to search for something that is exactly a particular dollar amount, that feels like an impossible task.
Not to be defeated by what I will admit is a different type of return policy, I headed back into the store and an hour and a half later, I found three items that were $ 48. A night gown, a body shaper and a bottle of perfume. Well actually, the perfume was $ 45, I took it back to the desk and ask the lady if it would be possible for the manager to override the $ 3 difference in price and was told no, that the registers were set up to only accept one item of equal value. So, I went with the body shaper, thinking, I’d just return it and get the perfume. Nope. The receipt they give you states, that is is not eligible to be used for another return. I’d picked up one body shaper that was actually $ 49, and hoped I could pay the difference, but that is not allowed, so thankfully there were some from a different brand that were $ 48, it wasn’t in my size, so I will have to visit another Kohls to find one in my size. But that should be easier than this initial task. I’m just glad I didn’t end up with a $ 48 night gown.

I only come here for maternity clothes. And I haven’t been pregnant for 3 weeks.

Love shopping here. Easy going, with great selections

This is a pretty decent Kohl’s location. I have been in several times and their selection of stuff can be hit or miss. Their sales sections are never lacking and they have everything from toys to make-​up to jewelry.
The customer service can be hit or miss as well, but I got lucky today and more than one employee helped me out and was friendly about it!

II’ve never been a huge fan of Kohl’s their clothes always seemed to be a bit dated even though they were new & I never really met anyone that shopped there that wasn’t older than 45. Well got a pull out in the paper about their father’s day sale & they had a really good deal on Polo shirts $ 9.99 each & I needed some new clothes for work. That coupled with a coupon that I had for $ 10 off of 25 made for a perfect match. The store is pretty easy to find and the men’s selection is hit or miss [March Anthony has a clothing line?]. For me if you’re looking for your basic items it wouldn’t hurt to give them a look see especially if you have coupons.

Much better store than one on roswell road. pretty big store with lot of coupons. They can even scan coupons from your smartphone, thats cool. You will always have 20% over everything you buy look out for it.

Ah, shopping in peace is as soothing as walking through this Kohls. They have the same selection as every other Kohl’s but it always completely empty! Clothes are organized, dressing rooms are clean and their staff is helpful. I was able to get quite a bit of my Christmas shopping done here. Also, I found a gorgeous pair of Candies Stiletto’s that had a small scuff on them and I received 10% immediately from the cashier. Wonderful!

This store has easy access from Holcomb Bridge, and it never seems to be terribly busy. Whenever I’ve been it, it’s been clean and well-​organized. The kids section seems to be less well stocked than women’s section, as if more people shop here for their children than themselves.
All the employees are either at the customer service desk in the back or at the check-​out lanes at the front. They’ve given me some disappointed looks when I’ve left empty-​handed, but that’s as much interaction as I’ve ever had with them.

We stopped by here yesterday to find some maternity clothes for the wife and some work clothes for me. They actually have a pretty decent maternity section and I found a good deal on some pants for work. In my opinion, Kohl’s is sort of like a little more upscale Ross, the discounts aren’t quite as deep in my opinion, although you do save some money. I have only been to two Kohl’s (one here and one in Florida) and I would have to say that you can probably find clothes that are just as good for a deeper discount at Ross/Marshall’s/TJ Maxx.
The customer service here was so-​so, we needed to ask where some things were a couple of times and the people were very helpful. On the other hand, when we went to pay for our purchases, the cashier asked the three people that went before me if they wanted a Kohl’s charge card and she didn’t ask me when I came through the line and I was actually interested in getting one, so she missed out on a sale there since I’m sure they get a kickback every time they get someone to sign up for a card.
All in all, Kohl’s is pretty cool although I think we can get just as much (or more) bang for our buck at the other stores that I mentioned.

ZOMG!!! they had my LC Lauren Conrad skinny jeans in stock!!! i give them 5 stars for selling her line, and I like the Vera Wang line as well. I really could care less about customer sevice right now, as Ive been looking for these particular skinnies for ages! I’m actually happy dancing in them right.this.minute.
that said, my mom is a total kohl’s junkie, and has always said she loves this particular store since they are super nice here.

I COULD just copy & paste everything Erin said! But I won’t :-) Kohl’s is one of the few places I actually like going into and shopping. I am bad when it comes to shopping. Security is always turning their heads sideways when I am leaving empty handed. But at Kohl’s, I always find something I can use and like Erin said, things are always on sale.

Everything is always on sale and Wednesdays is when they have a mega sale. I stumbled on Kohl’s about three years ago and have been going back ever since. It’s sort of like a mini department store with juniors, men’s, women’s, children’s, intimate apparel, bedding, bath, shoes, and jewelry and beauty sections within the store. They carry a nice selection of decent quality brands.
If you haven’t been, check them out; however don’t plan on getting decent customer service, at most locations I’ve been to in town they act as if customers don’t exist until you get to the register to check out. Generally I don’t require assistance when I’m at Kohl’s so it does not bother me but I know several people who actually don’t go to the store because of it.
