I found Colonbrook on Google and was lucky enough to find a groupon for 3 colonics for only $ 99! I just moved here from San Diego 2 months ago and absolutely loved my colon hydro therapist in La Jolla. Immediately after walking in the door I was pleased. The atmosphere is great and very comforting which is paramount given the purpose for my visit. Let me just say Cheryl is a-​maaaaaaaa-​zing!!! I honestly felt like I had known her since kindergarten. She has a wonderful disposition and great sense of humor. The ambiance in the treatment room is great, very clean and inviting. The Water Lily is the bomb for sure! I had a session Wednesday and another on Thursday. I am happy that I found a new therapist and Cheryl is officially part of the family now because colonics are a part of my lifestyle. If you have never had a colonic before I urge you to get one because they are extremely beneficial to good health. Cheryl is very knowledgeable in what she does and you won’t regret going to her. Can’t wait for my session next Thursday!

Cheryl is very knowledgable, friendly and skilled there. She takes her time and gives you extra information and listens to your personal colon issues! The infared sauna is awesome, her supplements are great and she does NOT pressure you to purchase or spend on anything extra. She is outstanding in regards to attentiveness and individualized care. The place is very clean with no pungent aromas!

Cheryl is very experienced and professional, she is also a total sweetheart, you can’t help but feel happy when you see her!
I found her when I purchased a groupon and thank goodness for that! Her place is very relaxing and peaceful and she fully explained everything I need to know before I went!
I also do the ionic foot bath, this is great for detoxing, I sleep like a baby after having it done!
I would highly recommend going for all 3 treatments, colonic, sauna and foot spa… you will feel amazing!

This place is great. It’s in an office park kind of tucked away in the back corner of the lot and it’s ran and operated by one very nice lady who specializes in colon health.
I went in for a colon hydrotherapy session because of the coupon deal from Groupon. I made an appointment and she told me everything I needed to do beforehand. She told me not to eat at least 4 hours before the appointment. She also told me to print and fill out the release form at home to save time at the waiting room.
It was such a relaxing vibe when I walked in. Running water, soft music, natural lighting… everything was just so nice. This was my first colon hydrotherapy session EVER, but she made me feel very comfortable because she thoroughly explained the procedure and I would be doing most of the work myself. Instead of a stranger sticking a tube in my rear, she let me do it myself. I’ll be returning because I realize it’s gonna take a couple more sessions to get completely cleaned out (not to put you all in my business… she said that it’s normal to have to do it more than once).

I like this place.
I walked in feeling a sense of peace, soft music playing and the sound of running water.
Went in and filled out a disclaimer form. And went to the back where everything was explained to me.
Now if you’ve never had colon hydrotherapy get ready for a ride! It’s very graphic if you want to see everything that comes out of you but you don’t want to look you don’t have to.
I followed instructions and was on the table, it wasn’t a walk in the park as I expected it’s a little uncomfortable but not unbearable, I figure if I could go through childbirth I could get through this. I had a little cramping sensation about every 3 mins during the session which was about 45 mins.
During the process there is a little doorbell on the side of you on the table to call for assistance.
I would go back I just need some time in between, and next time I know what to expect.
