I purchase d a Groupon for laser hair rmvl, and made my appt. after calling maybe 3 times and sending an email. I finally got an appt. but of course days later I was called by the office to see if I could come at a later time. I could not so I rescheduled, a week later. I made it to my appt and ended up waiting about 25−30mins to be seen. I was asked by the doctor what I wanted treated, which I was previously asked on the phone. I told her my chin, she looks at me and says no that’s bit tour chin that’s ur lower chin… What Groupon did u purchase. You need a medium area to be treated. I can sell you our in house special for $ 499.00.I will even apply what you paid for your Groupon. I told her that’s a technicality«chin, lower chin. And I’m not prepared to pay you 500 dollars. What a scam, just to be sure afterwards I looked up their area of treatments and chin is listed… no lower chin and its an extra small area like I thought.

Went here with a Groupon for laser hair removal for the bikini line. Nobody knew what they were doing. I asked about how short the hair needed to be and they said it didn’t matter. I left with hair(that started out very short) singed on ends and alive at the bottom. Next time I shaved very closely. After 3 treatments I was seeing no noticeable reduction in the amount of hair. On the fourth treatment I asked them to how many joules they were using. It was set really low, ergo no hair removal! They refused to turn it up. I still have ALL my hair on my bikini line. This was a waste of time and money. In addition, I had to wait a minimum of a half hour for every appointment, and if then they would rush my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Also, the laser they use isn’t a very good one, so this will affect your results also. I have had laser hair removal elsewhere for my underarms with amazing results with the same amount of treatments. They used a better laser and were always on time. Go to The Fountain. It was like a night and day experience. All lasers and all laser hair removal aren’t created equally, so choose well to save your time and money.

I bought a Groupon for 4 microdermabrasion treatments at this spa. The front desk people I spoke to(two different ones) were both very nice.(Perhaps they’ve hired new ones or done some re-training since others have not had that experience) Brenda Brooks did my dermabrasion and I liked her very much. It was so relaxing and I can’t wait to use my other three treatments! My skin feels great and I look forward to going back!

Natural Medical Solutions(NMS) is a clean, comfortable med-spa. Do not be put off by their lack of phone etiquette. The girls that work there were always very friendly and helpful. The physicians are very professional and concerned about your health and happiness with their treatments. I received six laser hair removal treatments(LHR) on my arms, which is equal to approximately one year of visiting the med-spa regularly, and I always found their treatment of me satisfactory. I will say it was disappointing to find that NMS charges an additional fee for LHR comforts such as topical numbing solutions. They also charge extra if they have to shave the site for any reason, and they may not tell you this up-front. I believe it is simply an oversight but inconvenient none-the-less. I have received LHR treatments on multiple areas from a total of three separate med-spas, and NMS was the first I have come across that does not offer complimentary numbing before-hand and charges for things without clarifying that there will be an additional charge. They also look out for your best interests even at the risk of upsetting the client. For example, if you are there for LHR and they suspect you have been tanning, they will NOT touch you due to the risk of scarring. I find that pleasing as they essentially protect you from yourself, although this would be frustrating to some. They are, however, kind and professional. Overall, I have experienced better service in so far as comfort during treatments, but they have always treated me well and been very kind. They provide the comforts of a spa with the cleanliness and professional demeanor of a medical facility.

I would NOT recommend this spa. They aren’t customer focussed at all! Wait time for your visit is fairly long — even when you have an appointment. You see someone different each time you attend. Question the cleanliness of the procedure room since it is lined with a towel that isn’t changed between customers. Mixed communications from the staff on policies within the spa. Waste of time since what I paid isn’t what I received. Why would I buy another package when the package I did purchased failed to meet my expectations? I don’t think this spa will be around long with this type of customer service! Think twice before you buy into a package deal here!

I bought a Groupon to this place, excited to finally have something done to my legs. I made an appointment 3 months in advance and took off work so I could go. When I got there, the young lady working the desk was very curt and short with me, and actually raised her voice at me when she discovered that I didn’t bring compression hose with me(I wasn’t told to). I finally asked her if she was ok. After sitting there waiting for almost an hour, I asked when was I going to be seen by the doctor. I was told that the doctor wasn’t there. I told her that my appointment was for an hour ago. The response was«Yeah…I don’t know why you were scheduled this appointment, the doctor was scheduled to be out today». My question is, why wasn’t I called and rescheduled? Why were they so angry and irritated that I was there? Obviously a Groupon was put out b/c their business is hurting. Well, now I see why. If you treat all your customers this way, I’m surprised they have any customers at all. What a true disappointment.
