Wendy’s

If I could leave negative stars I would. I love Wendy’s! Just not this one. I work night shift at a hospital nearby. Picked up an extra shift so did not have a lunch. I tried to make it to Wendy’s to grab one on my break before they close. Lights were all on and it was 0052 but no one was speaking. Finally a very unhappy lady asked if she could take my order. The person at the window left it open a crack so I could hear the gal complaining, didn’t we know they were about to close «Fat Asses!» Then I could hear the guy in the back who I could not see say «If it bothers you so much rub your nut sack on it. I’ll give you a dollar.»

Avoid. Was here 5÷3÷16 and the service was slow and pretty much was ignored when i walked in. Thought i would give this place another try. Once again zack was on the counter. I got ignored and slow service. And the french fries i got were old and limp. Food gave me massive stomach ache and was in bathroom all night. Im not kidding. I couldnt use the restroom at wendys cause an employee was hogging the only stall. Wint return ever

Never been disappointed with the food itself but the service here is less than desirable. Atleast 75% the time my order is made incorrectly or something is missing. Plus almost every time I go there the workers have 0 pep and it’s almost like they don’t even want to be there. Like throw a fake smile on your face.

The three times I’ve been here the food was actually really good and well made each time. The service has always been very nice as well. But it’s really the food I’m amazed about. It actually looked like the picture every time and tasted great!

The lady at the register had the worst attitude. Clarinique was her name. Really poor attitude. Yelled at another employee in front of customers standing in line. Had rude body language when she asked me if I wanted anything else. Not from you, Clarinique, thank you.

Fries are rarely hot. Maybe I just get the bad luck of the fry draw?
I keep coming back so it’s okay as places go.

Horrible customer service! I went inside to order. Kayla never greeted me or asked how I was doing, she just stared at me! It was so awkward that I didn’t even order I just walked out.

Horibble service. Very awkward staff. You’ll wait 10 minutes before anyone greets you. Don’t reccomend.

the place was clean and the service was excellent but it was kinda weird there was no self-​serving soda station… blew my mind.

Working graveyard shift at Sutter hospital up the street. My first time ever coming to this Wendys. I order a sour cream and chives potato, get back to my desk and find I’ve got no sour cream. Not a great first impression if you ask me. I mean how do you forget the sour cream in a sour cream and chives potato order? I’m glad I’m only at this location another week, and I’ll be on days. IF I come back, I’m hoping the day crew has it together.

It’s a nice Wendys, not much else to say. The workers are very friendly and nice though. Their half portion size salads are HUGE and a good deal. That’s all I really get there. I also don’t buy ANY drinks there because they’ll give you a brand NEW cup for a refill. I don’t like that because I find that wasteful.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s OK. They tend to not have fresh fries and that annoys me. They were all really friendly so that’s refreshing but they seemed to have major delays when there were more employees than customers. It’s fast food after all but overall just average.

One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time. Spicy chicken nuggets were excellent and the fries were hot and fresh. Honestly, it was the service of the folks here that had me impressed. Cashier was a very nice older gentleman and the younger man cleaning the restaurant even stopped by my table to see how I was doing. That’s not the kind of service I’d expect from a fast food joint. The only thing that was negative was that the supervisor was disciplining her employees from behind the ordering counter, and rather loudly at that. Including things like cleaning the tables which the abovementioned young man was already doing. A tip for you loud supervisor lady, if you are going to tell your employees off, make sure its for something they aren’t doing, and don’t do it by yelling from behind the counter, pull them aside and out of sight next time.

I have been to this Wendy’s on 2 different occasions and can not speak to the dining in experience because I have only had to go but feel confident enough to provide a review…
Pros: The grilled chicken burger is great and I am a huge fan of the strawberry tea lemonade, I ask for half strawberry tea and lemonade. The customer service is decent but I have not dined in.
Cons: None…

Stopped here for a bite to eat as I was out running some errands. I ordered their crispy chicken sandwich, a side of fries, and fresh lemonade (40 cents extra, since I wanted the fresh one and not Minute Maid, and it was totally worth it – the drink was huge.) Our order came out in a reasonable amount of time and the food was good (for being fast food.) The guy working there also (accidentally) gave us a free refill on the lemonade, even though his boss later told him there are no refills on the fresh lemonade.
Fast food is never an ideal choice but my lunch here was tasty!

Like others have said, this location has the fastest drive thru around. Half the time they give me my order when I hand them my ATM card. When taking a quick lunch break from work, this is essential.
The food quality of Wendy’s is better than your standard McDonald’s, Burger King or even Jack-​in-​the-​Box. I’ll go so far so to say its on par with In-​n-​Out except that Wendy’s is more expensive. I would say that they have one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches around here.
This place has never gotten my order wrong. I will continue to buy lunches from this place as long as I stay working in the area.

I think this Wendys has the fastest drive thru in Roseville. No joke, seriously. Awesome job Wendys team.

This has got to be one of the fastest drive thru places EVER! By the time I get my change at one window, the person at the next window is already hanging out with my order waiting on me to pull forward. I think only a race pit crew can move any faster than this. Can you share your speed tips with some other drive thru restaurantss in the area? It’s nice to get a hot sandwich that hasn’t been in the warmer since like yesterday and tasty hot fries that haven’t been redipped in the old oil to make you think they are fresh. Yeah, I know that old trick and it does make them hot, but not so fresh… lol!!! Only improvement is if Wendy’s brought back the salad bar. I know it wasn’t the best on the market but at least a healthy option.

Now I remember why I don’t eat fast food. It is just nasty. Taking away the baked potatoe and chili is a bad idea. I was looking forward to those since nowhere else has it. (Was it because of the finger incident?) I only came here because it was the only thing open early in the morning when I dropped my car off at the shop. The sandwiches were bleh. The new fries with sea salt tastes better but they just weren’t crunchy enough.

This place is pretty busy at lunch, besides the neighboring Taco Bell there isn’t much else for fast food selection in the area.
The staff is quick and friendly and the food is good. Restaurant is clean. Value menu is definitely a good deal.
