Nothing special — nothing bad.
I have been here a few times and the service is fine. The food is just what you would expect.
The inside is clean and the drive through has moved along pretty well the times I have been there.

I don’t know what I was thinking. It’s a second time that I’m disappointed with my food here. It’s probably a sign not to eat fast food again. Ordered a chalupa meal, and the shell was dry and old, maybe from the day before. It should have been thrown away and not serve it to a customer at drive thru for $ 9. If I had time, I’d come back for refund.

Taco Bell is definitely the best food I have ever tasted! The crunch wrap supreme sub beans for beef is my go-​to. I would take a tasty Taco Bell burrito over a fancy steak dinner anyday! Keep it up tbell!

Ordered my food and while waiting for it heard the girls in the back making fun of my name. I found this very embarrassing. True i have foriegn sounding name but have someone yelling it out and poking fun at it is definitly not pofessional. Definitly not very friendly experiance. I work in the area and now am going to avoid going in as i feel that this restaurant does not want to deal with people who have foriegn sounding names.

Close to work means this is one of my quick lunch stops. Chalupa supreme & spicy potato soft taco today. Both were on point, especially the Chalupa since the puffy fried she’ll was warm & freshly made. Yum! No long line & nice cashier service means it was a good experience. Not a 5-​star review since it was an average visit… nothing extraordinary.

Terrible service! I had to come back three times so they can remake my food! How hard is it to make what’s already written on the paper??? Seriously.
And when you go back and pint out their mistakes, they will look at you like your an alien and like they don’t know what your saying!
No meat! I said no meat! and then I find dead birds in my food

I just took a bite out of my Cheesy Gordita Cruch, only to find meat! I order «no meat — sub beans» for a reason! I’m a vegetarian. I’m so upset!

My husband is vegan and I’m a vegetarian so our orders always have lots of adjustments and every time (except for once maybe twice) they have got our order perfectly right and they never show any frustration with our long winded orders. They are always pretty quick to get our food out. We go to this location all the time and always leave happy. I’m not sure why other people have expressed dislike for this location, I feel lucky to have just right up the street from our house.

Whos not a fan of Taco Bell. IT’s cheap and tasty!

I visit this location often because it’s close to my work.
This location is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
They have modern furniture, lighting and up-​to-​date restrooms.

Worse multiple experiences at a TB in my life! I slung tacos for this company in college and was appalled to find after the third order in a week being woefully wrong, the manager was too busy to come to the phone! I am too busy to return to your restaurant. As others have said, it’s slow, it’s rude, and it has cheated my of my last cent. Maybe they should train their steam line to know the difference between bean and burrito supremes.

Ordered with the app. I love Taco Bell but I’m giving this negative review on this location. They gave wrong drinks, nachos were soggy and cold. Had to reheat them; they’re definitely not made to order.

I visit this location frequently. It is not really too impressive in any way. I have had a couple of orders with errors. Nothing live shattering or anything. Considering I have probably come here 50 times or so I would put the accuracy at 90% which is pretty good. The thing I dislike about this location is the menu set up. I honestly can’t exactly pin point what it is that doesn’t sit right… It almost feels like the menus are over crowded or over lapping. I know that when I don’t have my order already decided when I come, I almost get an anxiety attack trying to skim the menus and decide on my selections. This is something that is exclusive to the drive thru at this location.
The staff is not always the friendliest compared to some other locations which is mostly what kept them from a 5 star review. Additionally the bathroom has on more than one visit needed attention. One time completely depleted of ALL paper products. That could be problematic. All and all, I will continue to come here for lunch runs.

Pulled up to drive thru about a minute before midnight. Drive thru sign says «open late» but whoever was working decided to shut down the lights while I was waiting to order. No announcement made that they were closing or apologies for trapping me in the drive thru lane, just closed the door in my face and made me wait while I waited for the car in front of me was done paying and getting their food. Unreal. #A$$holes!

Taco Bell is disgusting. It’s not even real food. Might as well dig through a dumpster behind a vet clinic.

I like this place because they are not stingy with their taco sauce!!! So many places, I don’t get why are sooooo sooooo soooooo stingy with their sauce, it makes me so mad! But, this place, I asked for extra fire sauce please and I practically had a bag full! Love it! Cause usually if i ask for a lot of sauce and I only get four, I’ll go park my car, walk into the restaurant, and grab a few hand full of sauce just because you didn’t give me what I wanted.
Yes, i am one of those people who drench my taco, burrito, and cheesy fiesta with lots and lots of fire sauce. And yes, i use all of my sauce. It’s not like I’m putting it to waste! i actually use them all!
Food wise, its taco bell, how can you go wrong. It’s a fast food chain, it’s usually consistent place to place. And this was consistent to me. No complaints on the service nor the food. Will be back on my dinner breaks!

Eh. Epic Fail Bell is what this place should be renamed to. The worst service I’ve ever endured was from this Taco Bell and here is why:
My boyfriend and I were following the old highway 99 and highway 40 routes for a bit to see what they looked like. After much wandering around, we found ourselves in Roseville and didn’t want to spend much money on dinner since we had already ate out earlier that day. We thought the Taco Bell on Sunrise sound perfect. Sadly, we were wrong.
The dining room was closed, so we went through the drive thru. It was slow service, but that was to be expected at that hour and with how many cars were passing on through. We ordered our food and when we received it, we found out it was wrong. All wrong. Epic fail wrong. Yes, that bad. Not even a little bit wrong!
We had ordered chalupas. What we received were burritos filled with lettuce to the brim and barely anything else. Well, there was, if you count that one teensy little tomato floating around and that meeger sprinkle of cheese and beef.
My gorditas were crunchy. Gorditas should never be crunchy and none of the sauces we ordered were in the bag. It took some time for them to fix it and by the time they did, our food was cold.
The staff was nice and apologetic about it. We weren’t upset either, it just wasn’t a great experience and we’ve been to much more efficient Taco Bells.

Pros: Open late and quick service.
Cons: Crappy parking lot.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell of all time, ever. The employees here are always super cool and when I come at night, they’re usually bored and like to chat. I love chatting with cashiers and random folks in general, so it’s a mutually beneficial thing.
One guy once told me you can order any burrito «grilled» (as the Grilled Stuffed Burritos are prepared) and it changed my life.
For a cheap picnic, take your food to go and eat it under that atrocious red statue thing by the freeway.
