** Update: The remodel is complete, and the customer service here has deteriorated a little. I think people might have been new, and there was a big sale going on last time I stopped in. The selection of PINK items is hit-​or-​miss. If you’re looking for something specific, maybe it’s best to stick to online shopping. I looked around for a long time to find someone to check for a specific size and color in a bra, and I just gave up and ordered it online. Pretty disappointing. **
Wow. I was blown away with the level of customer service I received here. All the employees (I interacted with three people) were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the right size and color.
VSX pants (with an average price of $ 64) were half off! Unfortunately the mediums were picked through. The girl at the checkout helped me order it online, and I was able to get the in-​store only promotional price. I highly recommend this, since shipping is free and you can find sized the store doesn’t carry, like 36A.
This is seriously the most organized VS I’ve ever run across, and I used to work at one!
The Pink panty table was perfection. It was so organized, I was able to find every color and cut I wanted. Normally, it’s a crap shoot if I can find 5 to get the discount. Keeping a store this organized is an art, and this location is a pleasure to shop.

Poor efficiency and bad customer service. One employee helping me in the dressing room was not very friendly and had attitude written on her face. Not warm or personable. Strike one.
I’m actually writing this review while I wait behind 6 customers; there are several workers stocking shelves laughing and gossiping. Strike two.
They forgot to remove the theft sensor, second time this has happened actually. That’s why I’m here now. Strike three.
Next time, I’ll go to Mall of America.

I visited this location primarily to check out the VSX active wear line because this store is one of two in Minnesota that actually carry it.
The VSX section is pretty nice. I picked up a skirt and some headbands in here. I was kind of disappointed in the sports bra collection which seemed to have quite a few options if you’re a Dolly Parton kind of angel rather than a slender yogini with no rack to speak of like me. The sports bras for gals like me seemed more like the kind you could buy elsewhere for much cheaper so I took a pass. If there’s something unique in here, I’d consider buying it.
Overall, I was quite happy with the selection of VSX merchandise at this location as well as the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions but weren’t overly pushy. When they didn’t have my size, they told me they could order it online and have it shipped free to my house. I told them, «Nah, I’ll see if Uptown has it first.» Maybe this stuff flies off the shelves more frequently than Uptown because it’s in a mall. I don’t know.
It looks like this location carries the swimwear line which also might be of interested to people also.
Parking is pretty good here, but then again, I don’t have trouble because I don’t go on the weekends.

This is my absolute favorite Victoria Secret location. Much larger than most stores, great customer service, & always organized, even during the ever-​so-​busy semi-​annual sale. I always find more to purchase than @ other stores. Love pink :)

I prefer this Victoria’s Secret to the others in the city. The staff is much more attentive and helpful. And they usually have decent stock. You can usually count on an item to be there if it was the thing you were looking for. I love Victoria’s Secret because of the sales and specials. I’ve gotten tons of free underwear over the years. Sign up for the Pink emails and they have special events sometimes.
