TOGO’S Sandwiches

The pastrami sandwich was good here. My daughter and I split the 9″ and we were both stiffed

Second time we have been and the sandwhiches were less than average again. If I wanted a sandwhich with almost no meat and all vegetables I would have went to subway. Definitly won’t be back.

The employees were super friendly but I don’t see any reason to come back when I’m paying for sandwiches with meat on them and pretty much only getting bread. This recently happened at another Togo’s so I guess that’s just how they’re making the food there now.

Togos has a wonderful GF wrap and all their meat and cheese are GF. I unfortunately got cross contaminated by the knife they used to cut the sandwiches. I haven’t had a problem in the past. My husband watched them change their gloves and made sure they didn’t cross contaminate. Ten minutes after I ate half the wrap my stomach is messed up and I’m getting a headache. I have celiac
Note to self– don’t have them cut the wrap. They use the same knives.

Best sandwiches in the local area I’d wager… However if you eat here all other sandwich places won’t taste as good after wards. Great service, food, and always very friendly staff.

I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. Fresh meats and cheeses and produce. The two ladies who run it are down to earth and they love country music too! Kudos to the staff as well, the kids are always really friendly.

Unfortunately, the place didn’t deliver freshness to our sandwiches we ordered :-(hopefully, they can have or offer fresher veggies, meats and bread for us to enjoy :-(

I love me some Togo’s, but not every place is the same. THIS Togo’s, however, deserves some serious love. Always fast, always a good environment and welcoming customer service. I never feel like I’m a burden to them, and they always ask how things are going and strike up a conversation. They truly have customer service down. Kayla is especially good, and deserving of a shout out. Can’t wait for my next sandwich craving!

As far as quick sandwich spots go, I have no complaints and definitely have come to prefer the quality of their product and customer service over «the other» prominent sandwich spot on the scene. I’ve ordered party trays ahead of time as well as walked in numerous times, and on every visit this location has been quick and clean, with the employees friendly and their sandwiches leaving me satisfied. I really like their sourdough bread too, which is dense like a true sourdough, and the amount of meat on the sandwich is double of «the other» place. Overall, I’ll gladly continue to frequent this location and am glad to have it nearby.

Never a problem with the food. Manager is cool. Customer service associates are terrible! Called in my order at 7:25– first complaint: I had to ask the girl on the other end If i called togos on foothill because she said it soo freaking fast I thought I was calling Starbucks, so I said Is this togos on foothills? That was met with a condescending chuckle then a yes. So, I place my order, and she goes «just to let you know, we close at 8» so I said, «oh, is it too late to place a phone order?» Again, a condescending answer of no. Like I’m gonna get there at 8:05– but by her attitude, I wanted my husband to get there at 7:57. She never asked what kind of bread I wanted or what exactly I wanted, just rude. Anyways, never had a problem there until now. I really, really hate poor customer service. And for 8 bucks a sandwich, at least you can fake that you want my business.

Sandwiches are the bomb! Service on the other hand is ridiculous!!! This place expects you to tip them, I mean come on if you want a tip go work at a restaurant there’s your tip.

Just an update. Sandwiches are still good but the last time I went the bread was hard as a rock and the parking lot out front is way too small.

Tastes good, however, for ten bucks I would have liked to see more that two slices of meat. Also, Avocado was a two dollar up charge

This location is convenient for that quick bite to eat during lunch and dinner. It’s surrounded by gyms, other fast foods with drive through & close to residential areas. I appreciate their customer service. Ate here a couple of times and being that I actually decided to come back to eat here again, they have great customer service and I also noticed they provide more selection in your sandwiches. I wanted spinach and mix greens versus lettuce. I also wanted cucumber instead of pickles and I am satisfied they were able to have these things available for my sandwich. They were patient and kind with me picking certain things to put into my sandwich, which I liked. I also decided to have an oatmeal cookie and they have them individually wrap, which still tasted chewy and fresh! That’s the only kind of cookie they have btw. not variety. I also mentioned to them that I have a coupon that I retrieved on Unilocal,for 1 free drink with a purchase, was glad they accepted the coupon and honored it!

Ordering online makes it quick and easy to get a great tasting sandwich. Their menu choices can tailor to even the pickiest eater. Much better than any competitor who may overload on lettuce.
Highly recommend eating here for a healthy meal.

Sandwiches are pretty good.
Not too happy that they don’t have Italian bread.
The bread they have is hard to bite through, and I don’t like real «bready» sandwiches.
Ingredients are good, prices OK.
Service near closing time at night was not spectacular as there were 3 employees on duty and we still had to wait.
Please get Italian bread or a lighter bread easier to eat.

Great fresh sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Clean shop with employees working lightening fast! It’s not McDonald’s Fast Food fast, but… It’s NOT McDonald’s. YUM!!! :-)

I like this place – great sandwiches every time and fast service. Everyone is friendly ;) However I don’t like the tip jars and the tip line on the credit card slip. It’s not a sit-​down restaurant where I am being waited on. You are making my sandwich and I’m walking out the door 2 minutes later! I don’t like being guilted into tipping.

This is a good TOGO’s. They always have a decent amount of people working and the sandwiches are always tasty and made right.
The customer service is good too, and I’m usually in and out of there with my tasty ‘wich in just a few minutes.
