My boyfriend and I skipped two locations before this one because the lines were spanning out the doors. We not only received our food quickly but saw that it was fresh. I’d like to specifically point out Reo, he was fast and courteous. This location was great and the food tasted so good.

I try over and over to have good expectations when I come here for take-out, but I am usually disappointed. Last time, I asked for fresh Rangoons(they are usually overcooked and nearly black) and when I got home, there was a Spring Role in the bag. No Rangoons. This time, nearly all the entrees were empty, which limits customer choices. Worse yet, there were remnants of food in the trays(sauce and bits from Angus Steak, small pieces of veggies or breading) that were just getting dark and old… UGH. But no cooks in sight and no sign of fresh food coming. I counted six entrees empty/near empty. Last visit, the Sesame Chicken I was served was nothing but little pebbles of coating. Barely any chicken! You have to watch everything they are doing. Have NEVER seen a worker sanitize or wash their hands. They take money then move right to the front of the line and handle food. Do the tongs and spoons mean they don’t have to wash hands? Agree with Nicole B. «My least favorite of all the Panda Express locations I’ve been to. They don’t ever seem to have enough staff working, The food trays are almost always close to empty…» Sadly, there is no management around to monitor staff. And those corporate web surveys don’t result in any changes.

I think I was pretty generous to give them 4 stars last time when they left out an item I paid for. I came in tonight to claim my missing item. The manager I had spoken to last time said to tell them my name and phone number would be in the back. When I came in, and we were greeted with, «I’ll be right with you.» Ok. Hi. I guess… When she came over to my friend, daughter, and I, she looked like she wanted us to leave. My friend wanted to sample a few items just to check the freshness and my daughter wanted to try the orange chicken to see if it was like another restaurants. When it wasn’t, we decided not to get her the orange chicken. When we went back to the front, I told PATY that last time I came in here, my mom and I got five 2 item entrées, and that one of them was missing an entrée. All of a sudden, her attitude change and she got snippy. She rudely asked if I had called when that happened. I told her yes, I spoke with– She cut me off and asked for my receipt. I continued, and said, «I spoke with Miranda, and my name is written in the back with my phone number. No, I don’t have a receipt, but she said I wouldn’t need it since you have my information in the back.» So…I speak with my hands. I pointed toward her when I said, «you have my number in the back…» She bit my head off in front of my daughter & friend and demanded that I don’t point at her. Listen, you guys messed up on my dinner last time. Your supposed to be the ones trying to make it right. Horrible horrible customer service. Insulting that you act like I was doing something disrespectful or threatening. Got the food that I paid for a month ago, and left. I will NEVERCOMEBACKHERE.

My least favorite of all the Panda Express locations I’ve been to. They don’t ever seem to have enough staff working, so the line moves slowly. The food trays are almost always close to empty, which can affect the portions you get as well as the freshness. The staff isn’t exactly friendly, they more or less just go through the motions. The food is fairly priced, but the quality is below average. My food usually tastes like it has been sitting there for a while.

After 3 different occasions with 3 different workers at the counter not sanitizing their hands after handling money at the cash register and then handling my food, I will not return to this location. The counter person today did not even understand what I was saying when I requested her to wash her hands or put on gloves before serving my food. I tried to file a complaint but was told that there was no manager available. The cook said that hand hygiene depends on how busy they are. Gross. Imagine if they are that negligent about handling money then customer’s food, then do they wash their hands after going to the bathroom? Disgusting!

I don’t say this too often, but I’m never coming here again. I asked for chow mein and they scooped it up with one of the spoons instead of the tongs and unsurprisingly, noodles spilled out of the to-go plate and drooped onto the counter. What was really disgusting was that they didn’t even bother to pick out the noodles that were touching the counter and then the other employee just picked them up and tossed them in with the rest. I asked if they would throw out the chow mein and get me another serving but they asked what for and I told them that the noodles were all over the counter and they put them back in my plate. All I got was this blank stare like«Yeah so what? You can still eat it.». I got fed up and said not to bother because I won’t be coming back since they don’t care if people eat food that was on a dirty counter.

Gross! The veggies were cold and the carrots were greyish! My husband’s meat was cold and chewy. It wasn’t an off-time — it was dinner rush with long lines — the food should have been fresh. Never again!
