I’ve worked with Noël on quite a few different projects for Casillas Cigar company in Downtown Sacramento, and excellent customer service doesn’t even begin to cover it. Not only is Noël fantastic at what he does, he always works with me to get my work done quickly and efficiently.

We have been dealing with Noël Flynn for over 10 years and have always found him and his staff to be really professional in whatever we have asked of them. The selection of frames is very extensive and if you can’t find what you want here, it may not exist. We have had many different types of pictures framed, ranging from photographs from the early 20th century to current paintings and even grandchildrens’ oil and watercolor paintings. Noël has always managed to do a superb job of finding unique frames, mattings and glass which enhance the items we bring to him. The workmanship has always been performed with great precision and skill.
The gallery in the shop also is great, with many pieces of art done in many mediums and forms. A great selection from many primarily local artists.
This is an outstanding operation.

Found these fabulous guys after reading Unilocal reviews. I took a chance and am so glad I did. They have perfectly framed some old artwork of mine and helped me so much. After listening to what I wanted and walking me through options, the pictures turned out great! They took special care of a very old charcoal drawing I was afraid to have re-​framed. It looks spectacular, and the charcoal remained in great shape. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a picture framed, actually 3 pictures done under one frame for a Christmas gift. Noël Flynn Gallery is not only a frame shop but an art gallery. The work they do its beautiful. Precision is a must when framing. They take pride in their work and it shows. The person who was helping me took his time in showing me different types of frames and papers and glass. The finished product is magnificent. They are very nice and really want you to walk away with something you love. This is not a rush rush type of shop so give yourself some time when visiting them. If I have anymore framing needs this is where I will go for sure. The finished product was done before schedule. I received a email and a phone call from them letting me know it was done. They also have some beautiful handcrafted items, paintings and cards. It is worth a stop in.

These guys are great! I Unilocaled this place since I am a new resident to Roseville and I am glad I did. Their work is a little pricy, but definitely worth the costs when it comes to the value of work you are receiving.
I have had two jerseys framed and some canvas art framed. All times, they did a fantastic job. They are super friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and informative.
I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

This place is great… the folks take great pride in their work, deliver a beautiful, quality product, reasonable prices! Our daughter had to have artwork framed fast, with only four days notice until an art competition, and the Frame Factory was recommended to us by a local business as the best place to go. They had wonderful ideas, worked with our daughter (age 12), and finished framing these two complex pieces of artwork in less than 24 hours. We are delighted with the finished product and plan to take all of our framing needs here in the future. I highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend any other place. The customer service was top notch. They are extremely professional over there and know what they are doing. He helped me pic out the perfect set up, I had no idea you could make a picture stand out so much. Noël helped me for over an hour going through all the details and options until I found exactly what I wanted. You will not be disappointed, and the quality of the work is superb. I wife loved her wedding pic, and I could not even believe how nice it turned out. Keep up the good work Noël!

I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews on Unilocal… don’t let that discourage you from coming here. I had a great experience here earlier this month. I had an old comic book style Captain America poster I needed to frame for my husband for his birthday/​christmas present. The salesperson was very prompt, helpful, and steered me in the right direction. The poster was not in the best condition when I brought it in — had some wrinkles and fraying along one of the edges. They dry mounted it onto foam core, put uv glass on top, and framed it. All done beautifully. This poster never looked so damned good. The frame we picked out was a glossy black and really pulls out the dark contrast in the poster. I’m very happy with it. Also, the price was very reasonable in my opinion. I wanted a good quality job, and that’s what I received. :)
