If i could rate this place a 0 i would… The managers are all extremely rude and not quick to accomidate. I purchased a pair of 7^th ave pants and within a week (and prior to washing) the seam around the ankle came loose. I came in with my recipt and showed her and she blamed it on ME. I could not believe it. I have shopped here for several years and will not be returning after my expierence with their low quality product and poor customer service.

Customer service is lacking. From both ladies there. Was barely acknowledge and I was the ONLY person in the store. Even when I went out of my way to try to talk to them or greet them, they were still off putting and rude.

Everyone is always so friendly & willing to help with anything or satisfy you as much as they can. They always try to make your experience the best they can.
There is always a sale going on & there’s usually coupons you can use on your purchase.
It is a great place to get work clothes & they last forever. It also has all the new styles for casuals too. Everyone one should check it out they have great deals!

I love NY& Co, but this particular store needs some help on their customer service. I had bought a couple of things. I asked the clerk if I can have two-​three hangers to keep my clothes from wrinkling. She refused and said no, we need them. She then told me to go to Papaya to get some hangers after I had just spent a couple hundred dollars in your store-​ummm… That’s why you lost my business! I am like ok, I have been to other NY &Co and if I ask, they give them to me. I thought this was very strange. Ever since then, I refuse to shop there because of that. They do have some nice business attire, but I prefer to go to Macy’s where they give me hangers and as many as I need + great customer service!!!

New York & Company is always my go to when I need new clothes for work. They have a good selection of pant sizes as well as different pant lengths. There is always some sort of sale going on, whether it be buy one get one half off or a certain percentage off. They also have very good prices on their clearance selection. I lot of times I will buy one or two things off of the clearance rack and then complete the outfits by buying something at full price, which is still reasonably priced.

This place is really hit or miss. Some days I find tons of cute clothes for work and other times I feel like the store has no clue what styles are flattering or not.
If you want stellar customer service — this is not the place to get it. Most of the employees stand and chat with each other and fail to even say hello to customers. You select your clothes without help, get your own dressing room, empty it, and head to the cash register all without a glance from sales girls. The other day I actually had to brush past a sales girl to get to the fitting room and still she ignored me.
The clothes that I have purchased have fit well, are good quality, and I get tons of compliments — that is what keeps me coming back. Plus their sales can be quite fantastic.

Wow. Very few times am a rendered speechless by a lack of doing whats right. My husband and I went into the store to shop for my mother in law. We picked out a top and a scarf, since the store was littered with signs saying everything was buy one get one half off. I pride myself in being ‘sign savvy’ and NOWHERE on the signs did it say that there were any exclusions. When we got to the register, the cashier informed us that the scarves were part of their ‘December Deals.’ We had no idea what these so called ‘Deals’ were, because there was not a SINGLE sign in the store calling them out. Even the cashier agreed with us, saying that there wasn’t any signage up distinguishing the difference. Both her, and the manager, stated that they couldn’t override the price, EVEN THOUGH THE SIGNS WERE IN THE WALL AMONGST ALL OF THE SCARVES. Never going back. Ridiculous.
