So I finally stepped into this Bebe store again for the sake of a speedy return of some items I bought online. I didn’t want to send it back because that takes 2 – 3 weeks and you always have that risk of the package being lost or the return getting delayed. Well, that was a BIGMISTAKE. The«manager?»(unsure) that assisted me did not have any idea what she was talking about. I tried to return some clothing I bought during the Black Friday Sale. These are not clearance sale items that end with $ 0.99, just regular sale items. Therefore, these are not«Final Sale». However, for some reason they printed the packing slip wrong and all of the items had«Final Sale» next to it. I read the fine print of the sale ads and made sure it did not say it was final sale at checkout before buying and I’m 100% sure I was right. I told her all of this. Funny thing was that this girl seriously said«All sale items are final sale». Are you serious? ALL sale items? Oh what news! Since when? Honestly, I wouldn’t be so mad if she hadn’t said this line. She could have just lied and said«technical difficulty with the return system so we can’t accept the return in store» and I would have just accepted it as bad luck on my part and let it go. But instead, she just kept reiterating that«All sale items are final sale» and«this includes items that don’t end with $ 0.99». I already called Bebe corporate before I went to the store and they admitted they printed the packing slip wrong and the items were not final sale because only the items that end with $ 0.99 are final sale. The kicker is that Bebe corporate told me when I questioned the misprint on the packing slip that«no worries, you can feel free to return it to the store or by mail.» Well, obviously I could not«return it to the store» because people that work there are clueless. I had to haul that entire bag of goodies(which was really heavy since it was several heavy-weight trench coats) back out of the mall. Now I have to send it back. If I had known I would have issues returning it to the store, I would’ve just shipped it back in the first place and saved a trip, this negative review, and my sanity.

This store is disappointing. The customer service is terrible. I was walking around the store for 20 min before anyone even greeted me. They have a lot of product in the store and I came in ready to buy two dresses and a two piece outfit and I honestly didn’t buy anything because of the service being so terrible. I would rather take my business else where like Nordstrom or BCBG where the employees know how to greet customers. You are considered high end you should have the proper training to approach a customer and help them.

Love the style and service here! I’m a big fan of their dresses here because I can always find something that will suit the occasion or outing I’m shopping for! Dresses here are form-fitting and the quality of material is not cheap.(You get what you pay for!) I can always find something that’s not too skimpy, but rather conservative and appropriate! Service here is always great. The ladies here are definitely friendly and always looking pretty! I would definitely recommend signing up for their email list to receive coupons and discounts!

I feel like the store only has 30% in stock from their catalog. The staff seem really up-beat and friendly but a little bit too focused on their gossip than actually helping ME! I usually don’t sign up for store cards, but the lady at the register made me without me even knowing! That’s a bit rude. So now I have to spend $ 500 to get 250 bebe points, is that what it is now? One thing I really don’t like about this store though is that I always buy stuff here full price — then 2 months later they are on clearance on their main website! Something is up!!!

Stuck up employees(why?! You’re nearly 30 and spend hours hanging up clothes, relax you’re not significant enough to think you’re better). Would much rather shop at the Arden location. Two stars for her power walking to get me a different size.

I knew I had to come here to shop for my birthday dress, just as I did last year! Just as before, I walked out beaming and extremely happy about my finds! My two good friends brought me here, one purchased my birthday dress and the other a dress for graduation. The gal who helped us out was friendly and conversational enough. The only thing is, I have a very strong read on people, and I find it very easy to sense the insincerity. So, because they want to make the sell, I make them work for it. Lol. Store is always clean, good selection of dresses, even greater selection of shoes, and attentive staff. Yay!

The girls that work there are very rude. I walked in there only once(and once was enough!) and the girl that«greeted» me greeted me in a very rude way giving me a weird confusing look like I wasnt suspose to be going in there. I made my stay less than 5 mins because of the unwelcoming feeling I had when I was in there.
