Bought a pair of glasses I loved — and they never fit my face correctly. 7 adjustments later and actually being scolded by the«experienced person» when I said there is something wrong with these frames, I was told I was 3 weeks past my ability to exchange them — so too bad. I contacted regional mgr. and the local mgr. called me whining because he had to talk to «so many» people about my glasses. He offered me an exchange for a limited time. I exchanged. The new glasses fit my face and I have never gone back. Will get my glasses ANYPLACE else after this bad experience. This location just doesn’t care about the idea of customer service.

Having grown up buying all my glasses from a local store, it is really hard for me to shop for eyewear at chains. It’s a whole different environment. This LensCrafters in particular has never been a great experience for me. Employees see you as a dollar sign. If they don’t feel like you will be buying that day, then they ignore you. Since I ponder my selection for a few weeks, I often find it off-putting and don’t want to come back. So yes, I may have found a pair I loved. But no, I will probably not be buying them from LensCrafters.
