Lacoste

Really into high fashion. I am Familiar with the brand. I decided to take a look around. People there were helpful, but as I was looking through everything. They were constantly staring at me like I was gunna steal something even though the store is very small so it wouldn’t be impossible. Literally was weird. Worst thing for a customer.

I’m a Tennis player, so Lacoste is second nature to me, but, they do not sell any sportswear which is a downer. They carry a lot of really cute dresses that I love and countless polos (if you’re into that). I personally wouldn’t be caught dead in a Lacoste polo though. So tacky!
I’ve been to this boutique about three times now, and their dressing room is always the same — very messy with boxes stacked everywhere! They need to do some cleaning, seeing how they have been in the Galleria for more than 2 years!

Best Lacoste store I’ve ever shopped at! Top notch staff, with great customer service. When i go into shop, I always ask for Alisha. She’s always really nice and super helpful!

so i was at the mall with my wife and kid and wanted to go to the coach store and passed the lacoste store and said i’ll give the place another shot, as always everytime i pass the place its always empty, so i saw the new fall selection that had a polo with the rubber croc blk and navy and was planning on picking up that and a classi polo blk and a blk and navy pima polo, as the store was empty with 3 employees behind the counter 3 sec later i was rushed by this girl (short) and not giving me the chance to actually «shop» and with her fake smile ask me «can i help you find anything?» my previous visit i said no im just looking and she still followed me showing me all these polo they have which i didnt even like. i asked if they had any pima jersey polo in blk and navy. she then give me this look like im stupid and stupid for asking and shakes her head no. i then asked how come and he said they shipped them out with a tone in her voice while i remain in my civilized manner. my wife was kinda irritated, my daughter quiet in her stroller, and i just put all those polo i had in my hand back where they were and left the tiny little store with my favorite polos. as i left i just sat on a bench right outside there store got my phone ordered all the polo i had in my hand and including 2 pima jersey polo navy/​blk (thats only the colors i buy lol) then walked into coach. 1 week later all my polo arrived, now it looks like i will continue to build my polo collection online

The store has a decent selection. They also have a small sale section. Usually not too much in term of sales but at least they have one. Small store and everytime I go in to look it’s usually just me and the employees. The store always seems empty. A little sad. Hope they make it.

The service here is lovely. Always chipper and more than willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. Even if you don’t buy anything.
Its seriously a TINY store though; needs more selection!

I love Lacoste, so I am sort of biased, but this store really is A+! Brand new, in a recently remodeled wing of the Roseville Galleria, next to all the other high end stores (Louis Vuitton, Burberry, True Religion).
This store is pretty spacious, not cramped like the store in SF and pretty much set up like the one in Walnut Creek. Really nice staff, attentive and helpful! They had a good selection with lots of sizes, not how SF’s store always looks ransacked and all that is left is a size 2. What the hell kind of man can wear an XXSmall anyway???
