This Gymboree store has the most amazing managers, they help you with all of your needs, I have worked in retail and I know how these stores can be, from theft to plain customer satisfaction. The young lady, Kila she was the manager, «to my knowledge» was incredible, I had got her as a sales person and she helped me pick out so many different items and I didn’t feel rushed what so ever, she took her time and went in the back and was really nice about it. Definitely coming here again!

I love Gymboree and have shopped here for many years. This Roseville store however needs major help. Terribly unorganized, register in the middle of the store, poor customer service, unclean. and more. I dread going in there, and don’t bring a stroller! No room to move. I truly feel bad for the employees and manager because I have been there, and it is clear they are super short on help. I write this review in hopes that corporate will do something…

I would never shop here again… Very rude and races the so called manager that was there was very races. I went in to make a return and so as she pulled the clothes out she said it reeked of smoke. The funny part is I don’t even smoke. It’s going on 4 years that I had my kidney transplant health is everything to me. She didn’t want to give me her name or cooperates number. Told me I couldn’t return with a receipt when the return policy states something different. Don’t shop here stick Arden mall or the Folsom outlet.

Got called by corporate to tell them what happened. She said they’ve had an issue with employees being rude and are working on the problem. Then said she would send me a coupon (I didn’t contact corporate for any type of compensation). Big shocker never got a coupon in the mail. It wasn’t about the coupon but about the company keeping its word. I decided to give the store one more shot and still was blown off, ignored, and not welcomed. Sorry just avoid this location.
