Omg. The drive through attendant said I was rude. I was just trying to order my food. She said «anyways, your order is $… And I was like I’m not done. Then some guy said wow pretty rude. Terrible customer service. I paid over $ 20.00 for food and they probably spit in my food.

It’s a fast food joint, and about average. The people are nice enough, but the food is comparable to other fast food burger places. Overall they are pretty quick with your order.

What can I say it’s a fast food restaurant. The last two times I went they messed up on my order. I Will preferred to go to Safeway next-​door and buy myself a frozen hamburgers. I will give them one star because the place is actually pretty clean.
One last thing the manager at this location has and attitude problem!!!

It’s an Ok breakfast To-​Go before going to work, either way. I got tired of The McD, so I decided to try something new for brkfst. Bleh! #TatorTots

Not sure what’s up with this Carl’s, but it can be hit and miss. I ordered 2 Famous hamburgers, and one was fine, the other had nasty dry meat. If you have to go to Carl’s, try to go to the one on Foothills Blvd nearby, or the one in Rocklin nearby (both which are Green Burritos too), as it seems they are more consistent. Or just avoid Carl’s altogether (probably the best choice).
Workers at this particular Carl’s are incompetent, make sure to check your order if you go through drivethru. Don’t leave until you check if your order is right.

hmm…
The people here are friendly but the service is slow. It’s not like my request for a Famous Star was anything special (except that it was a 2-​for-​1 coupon) it took them awhile to hand me my order. Mind you, this was at almost 2:00p in the afternoon (way past lunch) on their drive-​thru window. Come on, guys, I only have a 30-​min lunch break here at work :(

We’ve all eaten at CJ’s before. I came here specifically to try the new turkey burgers.
I was pleasantly surprised! It was REALLY good, and not heavy at all, like the rest of their burgers. It is served on a wheat bun, to make it under 500 calories (just the burger), if you get fries you can kiss that 500 calories good bye.
The staff in this location has always been a little less then professional in my eyes though. They talk a lot amongst themselves from everything to how they just rated on a secret shop, to video games etc.
They don’t seem to pay much attention to people when they walk up to order either.
