Purchased shoes that I was overcharged… went back within minutes and they refused to refund back on my AMEX and said their policy is to only give store credit. Seriously… if you make a mistake, refund to original form of payment– otherwise it’s kinda like stealing from the consumer. I know their return policy and have no issue with it, but if it’s a mistake on their part– a refund of original form of payment should be given.

I love this BCBG Max Azria store, it’s filled with many inexpensive dresses and clothes from casual to work appropriate styles. I come here maybe once or twice a month to buy my staple belts (they are so grand and pretty) and of course their gorgeous dresses!
So I’ve been to about 4 different BCBG Max Azria stores within California, and by far this is their best boutique. The staff here is educated and erudite about almost every garment in the boutique.
Ask for Melissa for assistance if needed, she’s really helpful and a good stylist for dressing up anything!
Just wish they had more in stock!

I love this store. Not only are the clothes well made and good quality fabric (albeit a little pricey) the staff is extremely helpful and friendly (without hovering too much).
I highly recommend checking the sale racks often, the clothes rotate pretty often and if you check back often enough you may find that amazing piece of clothing at a discount.

This is one of my favorite clothing brands. Their items last forever and are always cute and trendy, but still classic. I can get clothes to work in, and go out in. The service is exceptional as well.
