7-Eleven

We stopped by this Chevron gas station to get gas on our way up to Reno. There were three cars total since we were caravan-​ing. My sister and I both drive cars that require Premium (91 Octane) gas for our cars, so of course, we would purchase the premium gas. I didn’t take much notice at first, but my sister made a comment to me while we were filling up our tanks that her gas dispense was really slow. She walked in to 7 – 11 to tell the worker and he told her if its pumping slow, use Regular gas (89 octane). I couldn’t believe he had that IDGAF attitude. Terrible service from this gas station. Not to mention, my pump over flowed my tnak with gas! The sensor did not sense that the tank was filled and it kept pumping gas which left gasoline overflowing out of my tank and all over my car! These pumps were obviously broken, and I ended up wasting my money on gas I didn’t even use.
Needless to say, I am never coming back to this gas station again. And I will advise anyone that I can to avoid this gas station at all cost. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Pumps 4, 5 and 7 had issues. 2 pumps were out of order. Pump 5 overloaded the gas and gas started leaking out of the pump and out my vehicle with the auto shut off trigger failing. It was just a complete mess. The worker in the 7 – 11 was not even helpful when I told him about how slow supreme pumps out and told me to switch to regular because the flow is faster when my vehicle takes premium gas only. I’m definitely not satisfied and will take this to higher ups. These were serious issues. I had to go to 3 different pumps before getting enough gas. When two vehicles are getting premium gas simultaneously, the pump barely even moves!!! I don’t even want to know what would happen if there’s multiples. I will definitely never go back to this Chevron or recommend it to any of my friends. This business needs to be check and be shut down immediately or surveyed. A gas leak is a serious issue. I even warned another fellow customer when she was getting gas to ensure it doesn’t happen to her.

I like coming here because the gas prices are always comparable to the cheaper gas stations. Plus, it’s Chevron, great gas at a great price! You can use your Safeway Gas Rewards here, which is another plus.
The ⁷⁄₁₁ portion is convenient also, with all your favorite beverages and snacks. Clerks are pretty friendly and the store is well stocked and well organized.
