Walked in to hear the employees behind the counter laughing and calling each other homophobic names and slurs. Immediately walked out. I will never visit this restaurant again

First time here and impressed. I got the brisket and Cheddar and it was very good. Brisket was surprisingly good for a fast food place and bread was fresh. Pricing was about what expected but the quality makes it worthwhile. Waaay better than Subway. Will be back

Good Sandwiches but apparently you probably have to tell them all your add-​ons or you’ll get a basic sandwich if you don’t pick one from the «picture menu», it would have been helpful if the cashier told us this, nonetheless… I’d come back again but with all my toppings in mind. Oh yea and the have coke freestyle but it was out of all the syrups for coke and coke zero. (fyi.came on a Sunday)

Firehouse Subs is starting to win me over. At first I wasn’t sure. I had the meatball sub and it was meh. Today I had the Engineer Sub and it was excellent. I love the melted cheese. As for the customer service, they are polite and courteous and work to service the customers quickly. I wish they were more upbeat and genuine since they are so focused on processing the orders accurately and quickly.

Have been to other firehouse subs locations and thought I would try this one as it is by my new place where I live. I ordered the Hook and ladder like a normally do. The sandwich is tasty. I would call it a good sandwich. There is nothing fantastic and out of this world about it but it is a great place.

King Hawaiian is one of the tastiest sandwiches ever… they also make a mean pastrami sandwich piled high with meat. Totally superior to other sandwich shops. Friendly service — clean restrooms — tastefully decorated.

I visited this location for a take out order and had a meatball sub and my wife had the club on a sub. The sammiches were pretty good but the meatball was a super gut bomb, worse than Jack in the Crack tacos…
The staff was friendly and facility was clean.

Sandwiches nowhere near as packed as they are pictured, at least the cheesesteak and chicken salad that I ordered. They were OK, though. I don’t see anything in particular to set this apart from other sandwich shops.
Seemed pretty clean, but they don’t have their actual sanitation rating posted yet. (Not their fault — I don’t know why it takes the city so long to get the certificate to newly opened restaurants; I just know that it does.)

Once all the shops in this strip are open, the parking will be insufficient, I predict. It was pretty crowded even with shops still for lease.
