I got a burrito bowl and the rice was really undercooked. The corn was really bad too. Will not be returning.

Haven’t been to one of these since early 2000s in College Station! Staff was friendly and food was great!

The guy who did our burrito was SUPER friendly. He asked for everything before we even hit that area. Not the prices here aren’t so college student friendly. Guac is extra, about $ 1.85? And Sour Cream are $ 1.10. I really enjoy Freebirds, but can’t always afford it. Anyways, got a monster and shared it with the boyfriend. This location is WAY better than the Sugar Land. I would recommend this location!

Stumbled in close to closing on a Saturday. I hate to be that jackass who shows up at closing, but everyone was very accommodating. Staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh, prep was fast, and everyone was pleasant. No complaints here. I lounged and had a leisurely meal til close, then vacated to friendly«thank you» shouts. Would definitely return.

I love Freebirds! I love their burritos, as well as their burrito bowls and sweet treats(brownies and chocolate chip cookies). Whenever I go there, the staff is very fast and attentive. Despite their burritos being awesome, I always get the burrito bowl because I prefer to eat the delicious filling/topping without the restraint of a tortilla. The staff at this location usually would greet us right away and serve us right away. When I requested my bowl to be very very hot, they made it hot. There are a few reasons as to why I do not give this place over 3 stars. One reason is that I always found tables to be left dirty, and the tables which are clean are usually wobbly. I found that the majority of the tables(at least those in the back) are wobbling and uneven, and it’s a bit annoying to eat on. Another reason is because I think that the food is overpriced — and they charge for all the«good extras» which are usually free or included in other places. Also, they do not fill the burrito bowl as much as other places, and I always feel I should be getting more for the price I pay($ 10+). Other than these things, I enjoy their food and staff service. I recommend this place for a good HUGE and hearty burrito or bowl.

Staff was very meh. Food was cold. Freebirds prices are insane now. $ 3.10 a a single taco? You used to be able to get 2 tacos, a drink plus chips and salsa for $ 5. Got jipped on chicken. Employee also wouldn’t honor free meal earned from Freebirds stamp card and argued with me. I am not sure if I’ll be giving this place a chance in the future or not.

This place is gross! Do not go. The food is gross the staff is so bland like they hate their job and when I asked for guac the lady rudely shouted at me with attitude«it’s extra» yes lady I know it’s extra now give me guac. They charge you like 3 bucks for a small little cup of guac it’s not good do not go there!

No. Just no no no. Some people may like the myriad of options, but to me it’s really distracting. I like simplicity. It just seems like the food is made really fast and by the end I don’t even know what I put in my burrito bowl. But then I look at the burrito bowl and it doesn’t look(or taste) appetizing at all. And the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Another chain location, true, but Freebirds never gets old for me. The menu is only limited by your imagination, they have way more menu options than most other burrito places. The real gold for me is that all their toppings(except the obvious ones) are vegan, so we can load it right up! Some tips: — If you miss the 2 tacos for $ 5 deal, try the kid’s meal burrito. It’s even cheaper and is just the right amount of food. — It’s all about the sauce. Try the Ancho sauce on your burrito. Get that thing dripping — If you hold off on the meat, you get free quac on your burrito — You can get points on your Freebirds Fanatics card from cheap tacos and cash them in for a Freebird burrito

Really should be $$. After getting rid of their two taco combo getting two tacos, chips and a water costs $ 8. Almost got a drink but my order was going to be $ 11. Crazy.

Please clean your bathroom. PLEASE! 11am and the floor had vomit on it already? Ugh. Yuck. I had to reevaluate whether I was in dire enough need to pee. Thankfully I used the toilet on exiting, or i’d not have eaten here. Food was just ok, I prefer Chipotle, then Mission Burrito. The onions and peppers were cut too big and the balance of the burrito was wrong, I ended up a ¼ way from the bottom of the burrito and had nothing but rice left. I like the different sizes of burritos and i like the meal combo option of chips and salsa or queso, brownie or cookie and drink. But i’ll be in no hurry to go back!

Was really looking forward to eating at this location and was extremely disappointed in my experience! Service was slow and very lousy and the food has made my stomach upset. Needless to say, I won’t be going back

They’re are enough of these around now that you know what you’re getting. I enjoy that they have two types of rice now and even though I know the ground beef is the worst meat there, it is still delicious. Nothing special about this location. Service was fine but not amazing.

Typical Freebirds fare. On my last visit I asked if they had Shiner Bock and they cashier said«Shawner? I think he works in the kitchen, but I really don’t know him» Come on guys, you are in Texas and you should offer Shiner Bock!

Freebirds is a great spot for a fast eat. Burritos, salads, bowls, nachos and quesadillas with lots of delicious toppings and fillings. Fresh food and excellent staff. Chicken and steak fajita are very well seasoned! Kids eat free on Mondays. :) Don’t forget to try the Pot Brownies. They are out of this world!
