I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar, medium hot mocha, and sweet black pepper bacon sandwich this morning. Both cups of coffee and mocha were overflowing. Danger, danger! Hot liquid might burn your customer: The coffee was given to me as black and the mocha… the lady just put a little bit of cream, but no mocha flavoring!!! My sandwich was burnt and oily. The service was terrible. The lady seemed rush, but there was only 4 people waiting in line (normally more than that in the morning). I have given this place several chances, but this might be the last draw for me. No cream, sugar, and mocha on drinks??? B A D!!!

The bagel itself was really good but the coffee, not so hot (I don’t mean that literally either). You know it’s bad when you ask for extra sugar and you still have to add your own in bc it’s lacking in the coffee itself. I also found it a bit odd that one of the employees who was washing the floor decided to also wash the area right around where we were sitting. Couldn’t she have waited until we left? The floor all around us was wet when we got up to leave, making it a little tougher to get outta there.
I only came here to meet a friend bc it was equidistant to where we were both coming from. I have no intention on ever going back.

Only order from Irene. Mamita, the «manager» is always yelling and complaining, as well as interrupting your order.
I have never gotten a correct order from anybody besides Irene. Her, and the $ 1 coffee are the only reason I still come here

The help is always smiling, the donuts are always fresh, and the coffee is always hot. My «go to» coffee place. Close proximity to O’Hare and office buildings ensures quick product turnover. No drive thru, but there is ample parking. Near Higgins and Devon.

I’ve stopped by at this Dunkin Donuts (on my way to work) before, … BUT I was not impressed with their variety & freshness of the donuts.
Today, I stopped in because my co-​worker wanted to get some ice cream. All she wanted was one scope of ice cream in a cup. Sounds easy, right? Well the manager /​trainer took 5 minutes to show the DD staff on ‘how’ to scoop the ice cream. And this Mgr was loud while instructing the staff member. How much training would someone need on ‘how to scoop ice cream?’ I felt bad for the staff member. Very weird!!!

«Time to make the donuts.» NOT! They don’t make them in house ever. At two times per day someone brings in a couple boxes of donuts and that is whats sold. This offends me some.
Service is usually good, it never gets too busy that the line can’t be handled.

This place is conveniently located next door to my office so I have no problem taking a quick break and grabbing a coffee or muffin. It’s connected with a Baskin Robbins as well so it’s perfect when you’re craving something sweet and need options. The staff is extremely friendly and like to joke. I would have to recommend this place way over the McDonald’s down the street!
