If i could give 0 stars i would. Ive been a Calvin Klein customer for years. I decided to try this new store by Fashion Outlet. First week i bought a bunch of clothes, $ 824.11 worth. I go home and took the tags off from all of them like i always do and realize that 1 pair of pants i bought i had grabbed the wrong size (1 size smaller). So on my next day off i go to exchange them with my size. I go in and first thing im told is if they dont have the tags than i cant get a refund. Im telling the lady behind the desk that im not interested in getting money back, just to exchange for the right size. She calls a manager by the name of Karen, mind you this manager in the first place didnt even come to greet but simply tells her associate that no way we can exchange without the tags! I tell her that i actually want to speak to her myself… 4 min later she comes out and with a very military style attitude tells me the same thing and that she has been in retail for 20 years and knows when clothes have been washed!!! Wait what? They are the wrong size!!! They do not fit me, hence they have not been worn since i actually bought them 2 days earlier. They’ve never been washed. I just need to get the right size! Very dissapointed at Calvin Klein for hiring such rude managers. Ive been a loyal customer for many years. I didnt expect anything free. I just wanted the right size.
