Been her a few times with the family and the service and quality of the food never disappoints. First off, the phở is consistently excellent. The broth, brisket, flank, etc. is better than most any place in SGV. My family also orders the broken rice dishes with grilled pork, egg rolls, and chicken wings — everything we’ve tried is cooked to perfection and we’ve always left very satisfied. Also, my husband and I always order the iced coffee and it’s super STRONG, just how we like it. It’s not for everyone, so water it down if that’s not your preference. The prices are very reasonable because the portions are enough to share. To say the service is fast is an understatement because literally within minutes of ordering, the waiter is back placing our food on the table. The waiters aren’t especially cordial, but I have to say they are definitely efficient: quick to get you seated, quick to take your order, quick to serve your food, and quick to get you on your way.(There’s a button at each table that you can press to call them over if you need them, but we’ve never needed to use it.) The tables are a bit cramped to fit more seating, I’m assuming, but we really don’t mind because we’ve never had to wait very long to be seated. The restrooms are pretty decent, which is a plus especially with young kids. The ambiance is clean and welcoming and there’s always plenty of parking available in the strip mall parking lot. Overall, we’re so glad we found this place and we’ll continue to be repeat customers!

Yum. Delicious food. I had the seafood noodle soup. Hu tieu. It was good. I had it with egg noodles rather than rice noodles. The soup was alittle more flavorful than expected, so rice noodles would have been more of a balanced taste. Service is good sitting in the front but its horrible if you were seated in the back. Giang is a good waiter, quick, nice and friendly. My dad is handicap and he was generous to be very helpful. Gave him a generous tip. Can’t wait to ComE back here again.(been coming go here twice a week so far for about two month now.) I finally found a to go place for Vietnamese food. I’ll be coming here on the daily for lunch. My dad loves Vietnamese food.

Yea, the PHO. It’s good. Don’t go crazy just yet. I have had better and you will too. Phở Pasteurs noodle soup stands out in that it did not taste like over seasoned broth and it was just rightly salty, because you know that can be a problem you can’t solve with potatoes. It was just right in my opinion. Got the standard $ 8 phở with the tendons because I love that stuff and yet, I’ve a mild case of osteoarthritis… lifes cruel that way. The phở is pricier that most out there, and the bowl smaller… don’t give me that look, I know its not fair, but its a good bowl of perfect quantity phở and there was no wait time even though it was peak lunch hours. Small downside, I wished the soup was a little hotter. The other dish was the silky chicken which was tasty with a mild sweet sauce and a bowl of noodle in broth with a couple of quail eggs. About $ 9. Good but I rather have the phở. The Thai iced teas were excellent and I normally don’t go for it because of the high sugar content. $ 2 a glass is not bad although also smaller than others. Parking is a little hard, because its small and the plaza is a bit busy. Overall, good phở. I like it enough to come back in a year or so. That’s my scale :) Expect to pay around $ 12 – 14 per person total.

My family patronizes this restaurant any time we host a large party of out of towners — it’s spacious, and can satiate any type of Vietnamese craving with its expansive menu. However, the last time we dined here was rather unpleasant. We were a large party — 16 people altogether, and we came in at an off hour around 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon. After placing our order, we patiently waited while the kitchen went to work on our order. Our dishes came out sporadically, which is more than fine, but 45 minutes elapsed between when the first and last dish were brought out. The two dishes being orders of phở, which the is the restaurant’s namesake. We checked in from time to time to see why there was a hold up on our order. My family was more than patient, but when we asked one particular waiter, he said in Vietnamese, to stop hurrying them and that the food will come out when it comes out. Rude. Rude. Rude. It was unsolicited, and we’re not demanding people. Take note. Despite the food being pretty good, but rather pricey considering the area(think $ 10 bucks a rice plate), a rude wait staff is the pits. A simple reassurance, and maybe filling up our water glasses from time to time would have been sufficient, but that rude comment + attitude really left a sour taste in my mouth.
