I give a one star due to the lady who works in the back. I ordered 50 pc chicken nuggets and waited for for about 10 minutes. Then another customer comes and orders only 20 pc. I have no idea why but the worker decided to take 2 boxes from my bag and give it to the customer which made me wait another 10 minutes or so. Rude AF. Never again.

I should know better! I hate McDonalds. My daughter always wants to eat here, gross! The one thing I ever order is coffee which is decent but thats about it. Especially this one. It is very loud and not kept up! Ughh …

I went to this McDonalds in Rosemead, CA on 11/​24/​2013. I’ve been there many times before. As usual I did the drive thru. The food was hot and the service was quick. What else can I say — IT’S A McDONALDS! — Oh yah, McRibs are back.

I just got home from McD’s and I just have to share my experience with the Unilocal community. Now normally, service here is just mediocre, but the employee who serviced me was incredibly pleasant to me and my little sister (huge emphasis on incredibly pleasant), talking to us an joking around (but with the utmost professionalism) like like we were already friends. I can’t say enough how impressed I am. The best McD’s employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across, by far. All that and a welcoming smile. If it wasn’t so weird, I would have tipped him. THANK YOU ALVARO! :)
We should all acknowledge people like him :)

Double check your order before you take your food to go. When I got home I was missing quarter ponder with cheese and 2 cherry pies. The guy almost forgot my happy meal. Since Xmas the got new people who are not careful of going over your order to make sure you got what you paid for. I know I did not!!!

i waited for 10 min for my meal and they screw up 2x… come on now !!! this is fast food, i order grill chicken sandwich combo. how is it passable. first time gave me fry chicken instead of grill second time forgot the drinks… and stand in line not worth it

I waited 15 minutes for fries here once. I’m no newb. C’mon fries take 2 minutes and 30 seconds to cook and there are two sets of fryers!
