Cold Stone Creamery

This is the first time I finished my ice cream quickly not because I enjoyed it, but because I wanted to get it over with. Cold Stone serves overpriced, mediocre ice cream. You can definitely find better ice cream for cheaper in the SGV area.

I’m typically not one to write a review but felt so well taken care of that I really thought I should. Simply OUTSTANDING customer service! We had a cute girl named Erika (not sure on spelling) that really made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the place. She was very helpful cheerful, and really made us feel like it was more than just a night out for ice cream… It was AN EXPERIENCE! Really just wanted to take this moment to say not only how good the ice cream was (it’s always good) but more importantly how great of an experience we were given by our ice cream maker Erika! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN AND IF YOU GO MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR ERIKA!!! Amazing!

Adriana gave our party snarky comments and made a mistake on our transaction. She charged us an extra ice cream and denied that she didn’t make a mistake and passed it onto her manager. Her manager is very accommodating and we are very appreciative. But Adriana cannot disrespect her customers regardless of their age. It is very unprofessional. It’s an ice cream shop, you’ll be getting huge parties all the time, just deal with it.

Worker, Adriana, claims she’s been working here for a year but didn’t even blend my vanilla ice cream and brownie good. All my brownie was in the middle of my ice cream.

This review would be higher but the service sucks. It’s Sunday 3:50pm, 15 people in line and they have this poor girl in here scooping all alone. Pretty ridiculous, I’d understand if it were winter, or raining out… but it’s 80 degrees and sunny out! If you’re the owner… stop being cheap and send in some help on weekends.

Honestly, I don’t have good experiences at Cold Stone Creamery places, but this place in particular was great!
I came here around 7:15 and there was only one worker. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me. Also, there was a family of four in front of me (they were each getting a cup of ice cream) so it took a little while, but hey, it’s not his fault that they’re understaffed.
When it was my turn, he gladly took my order, not rushing me or anything. So service in all was great! Other cold stone places suck with their service, so I respect this guy for having a smile on his face when it was getting busy. I know how overwhelming that feels.
As of the product, it is on point! I got chocolate devotion is its really yummy. It definitely tastes better with chocolate chips and brownies! If you don’t really like sweet and chocolatey flavor, then choose something else. But for those who LOVE chocolate and LOVE sweet things, THIS IS FOR YOU.

So my girlfriend is into Cold Stone and i never had it. One day we come in and got the two signature creations for their Unilocal promotion 2 for $ 10.I tried to use a promotion online that i had on my phone but they told me i had to print it out and bring it in which was a bummer. So I choose Oreo Overload and they mash the ice cream and mix it with the ingredients like oreos, chocolate chips and fudge. I thought the service was okay and the ice cream was okay. Not bad besides the chocolate chips were rock hard which ruined it for me.
I came back a few days later and was greeted by the same girl who helped me the first time. I ordered a strawberry blonde for the same Unilocal promotion. This time, she put in little to no work on creating my signature creation. She flattened the ice cream to try form a crater which ended up looking completely flat due to her 3 seconds of effort. She then adds the ingredients and tries to mix it together with a toss and turn which ended up leaving the ice cream on a side and everything else on the other side. I wanted to ask her to actually mix it but she looked like she wanted to leave even though the store wasn’t gonna close for around 30 – 45 minutes.
I watched videos online and heard that they usually mix it more. I guess i just haven’t received a great service yet. The parking here is great and is in a plaza filled with other restaurants and even Target. I have a sliver of hope that i will get a good creation and will try this place once more.

Coldstone could only get better. That being said. Their service is hands down the best all around! I love coming in to try all their flavors! I used to just come in to try 1 – 3 flavors and leave because they were all so good i just couldn’t decide! Even though i love this store, i have to take away one star because of the prices. All in all it is worth it! I love the coldstone crew and i will be back from now till the day i die! #foreveryourcustomer

It’s been more than half a decade since I’ve been to Coldstone’s. The ice cream is very creamy and sweet. I usually get the Strawberry Blonde, but opted for the one flavor and one mix-​in because of their BOGO deal. Otherwise, it’s not really worth it. I got the Love It size with cheesecake ice cream and strawberries ($ 5.09). I have to say that they don’t skimp out on the mix-​in amount they give you. And staff was very friendly!

Their buy one get one check in offer is such a great deal! I always get the coffee flavor with brownie mashed into it, it’s so goooood. The ice cream is creamyyy and yummmy.

A super hot day it was decided to cool off with some yummy cold stone ice cream. Not to bad of a wait the counter girls were nice and polite. Took advantage of the check in deal and bought one got one free. Im a happy camper today!:)

This is my favorite Cold Stone store ever! The employees are always friendly and the Unilocal deal is forever there. I come here maybe once every 2 weeks for the Coffee Lovers Only and the Buy 1 Get 1 Unilocal deal makes me choose this store specifically. Hope they never take that down. It’s also conveniently located in a plaza with lots of restaurants and stores. Chipotle and Wing Stop are right across. Lots of parking!

It’s cold stone! Best place for your classic ice cream. They do have seasonal flavors but I prefer their classic flavors over anything. Got their weekday special which is 2 love it size and 1 topping each ice cream for $ 8.

I love ice cream! Who doesn’t?! Especially on cool winter days (with blankets and the heater on of course). I stopped by with a buy one get one coupon. 2 love it signature creations. $ 6.29. Girl who made my ice cream was very nice! Then I thought about my visit a couple weeks back.
I had about $ 3 – 4 left on a gift card. Haven’t visited coldstone in over a year. Bought the same creation but a like it and I was charged over $ 7. For a like it. «Hmm. Maybe the prices went up?» I read a review of a person being purposely overcharged. Was I!!! A guy made my ice cream and told the cashier named Jessica what I had ordered. Maybe there was a communication problem? Or he told her I had a gift card and they tried to make some extra dollars out of it? I mean she clearly saw that it was a like it. This dinky little cup man. Come on! Though I admit I should have questioned her about it.
So fellow patrons, please be careful when you pay!!!
Ice cream is a bit expensive. Feel like I can put this together myself (too lazy) but it’s a nice treat once in a while.

The employees were very friendly and cool, I would definitely come back again! I like the different offers/​specials they have for different days if the week. My boyfriend got vanilla ice cream with waffle cone bits and I tried the strawberry ice cream with graham cracker, both were delicious.

My wife and I always come to Cold Stone Creamery to get ice cream or try out any of their own crazy creations or trying new flavors like P&J aka Peanut butter&Jelly ice cream it tasted really good. My wife try the Peanut butter in a shake she say it really good

Great Ice Cream but some stores lack the cleanliness.
Our ice cream creator did a great job, line moved slowly but only because a young lady was mixing the ice cream requests and the other fella was building a ice cream cake.
Plenty of parking since it’s in a large mini mall, close to the 10 Freeway.
I for one love and always enjoy Founders Favorite, just the combinations taste wonderful.

I used to come here pretty often when I wasn’t watching what I was having and this place always made my day better. Service has always been really great, loved tipping them because they always sing! I recently came to pick up an ice cream cake for my brother and he loved it!
I’m pretty simple when it comes to ice cream. I’ll be happy with some vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos.
Be sure to sign up for their newsletter, they email BOGO coupons from time to time. That makes the deal even sweeter!
They are located in the same lot as Target so parking isn’t an issue. You can always order online and pick up your cake if its easier too.

This location is a corner spot inside of a shopping center right off the freeway. There are many other choices for eateries and stores.
I can’t comment on the ice cream since I didn’t consume anything here (I was buying a treat for someone else). What I can comment on is the incredibly high prices and the terrible calorie content of the items offered here. This is not a place to visit when you are on a diet or on a budget. They did have some interesting flavors and offered free samples of different flavors. There were a number of different items to add into your creation. They also offered waffle cones and chocolate dipped waffle cones. Every addition of course came with a cost.
There were only two small tables with two chairs inside the place, but there was ample seating outside. There was also a restroom for customers located inside.
