Wade was our server. Excellent service. Made things a dining experience rather than just a meal. Food and drinks were delicious. Our favorite meal at rosemary beach

Wish I could offer a review of the food but we weren’t able to eat here. Made a reservation for dinner two weeks in advance as part of a vacation trip. Arrived 30 minutes early, checked in and went to the bar for a drink. After 45 minutes of being ignored at the bar went back to the manager who apologized for forgetting about us. He seated us immediately where we were again ignored for 10 minutes. When someone showed up to ask if we might like some water and would find whoever was supposed to be taking care of us we decided it was time to move on. This restaurant is in the pearl hotel. The premier lodging at Rosemary beach. For what it cost to stay in this hotel the service was inexcusable. We won’t be back.

On our anniversary weekend, we stayed at the Pearl. Being very familiar with Rosemary Beach, we had plans to visit an array of restaurants. After having dinner at Havana, we never ventured outside of that dining experience. The food was so amazing. The Burrata, smoked shrimp, octopus… Grouper.etc. All fantastic! We had the pleasure to know Kyle as our server. He was knowledgeable on the new menu and advised us well on food and wine. Kyle made our dining experience one of the best.

We got drinks and some appetizers during happy hour. The drinks(Pina Colada, and Moscow Mule) were pretty good. We got the Hawaiian Flat Bread for an appetizer and it was pretty bad. The ham and pineapple was okay, but the killer was that the sauce was made solely from tomato paste, which is fairly gross on its own. Being Italian I may be more critical of pizza, however tomato paste should never be the only sauce on a pizza, it should be mixed with a marinara sauce. The other appetizer was blackened fish tacos which were good but not amazing compared to some other restaurants in the area. Overall not bad and I would try it again but only during happy hour like we did. Prices were fairly high otherwise(nachos were $ 21 regularly priced).

For starters, had haloumi and the charred octopus. Then we had the crab cake and snapper. Good wine list. All were very good. Service was outstanding; couldn’t have been any better. Very enjoyable dinner.

The service is impeccable. The food fresh, plentiful, well prepared and reasonably priced for a resort town at a luxury hotel. The patio is sweet and inviting. The Cuban Espresso to die for. Much more than we ever expected. 2016 #21

Charles was a great waiter. We had a great family dinner here. Everyone loved their Meals. Very happy we ordered the octopus appetizer — amazing. Especially popular with our table: beef tenderloin and grouper.

Have been 3 times. I like to visit restaurants more than once to get a better feel. We visit often from New Orleans. Because of that I always use New Orleans eating establishments as a benchmark. Basically Havana has a Beautiful location and design. Very comfortable. FOOD has always been very good. Above average but realize you are paying a high end price. The negative has always been the SERVICE. First the overall management feel is one of «trying to hard» to be this high end pretentious type restaurant. Its a hard to balance but they need to find a level of fine-dining with a more comfortable, enticing, casual feel. You can have a high end establishment where you want to dress up and visit but don’t want to feel like your at your GrandMothers house as a kid. Basically sitting there uncomfortable minding you P’s&Q’s! The service tries too hard. Just be attentive, educated on the food and rink and helpful. Simple. Can run a bit slow. I don’t go there to eat quickly but shouldn’t have 20−30min breaks between some courses. One high POINT is the BAR!!! Very knowledgable bartenders or mixologists if you like. great drinks and a great selection!!! 5STARS for the Bar!!!

Excellent place for cocktails. I had the Honey martini(made with egg white — frothy and creamy top like a Ramos Fizz). Delish! Great vibe, beautiful setting. Love to sit at the bar in the evening each time we are in town.

The Havana is one of my favorite places for fine dining on 30A. I’ve been there several times. The cocktails are delicious & interesting. The food is very well prepared and the service is impeccable. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about wa dessert. I didn’t care for the Smores dessert. Next time I’ll just skip dessert & have an extra cocktail.

This is by far the most miserable experience my family and I have ever had at a restaurant. When we walked in they said all the had available was the patio. Now normally we don’t mind sitting outside and even with the rain this time we were willing to try. Initially light wind and rain didn’t phase my husband daughter and I, sure it was uncomfortable but again we were willing to try. About 10 minutes in to our meal and after we ordered, it was like a full force hurricane, I’m not exaggerating. Wind blowing so hard that we were holding on to our glassware there were about 4 tables outside and of course they all wanted to move so when we asked to move to tables further back or inside our request was denied. My daughter was shivering and had blue lips, they brought us all towels which helped but if your having to provide people with towels to shield themselves from the wind and rain that’s a big problem. Not to mention this place is not cheap! We have NO problem paying for good food but when you pay $ 172 for eating in the worst conditions I’ve ever experienced you’d be upset too. What’s even more upsetting is the food was great for the 5 seconds that it was warm. My daughter was so cold and miserable that she took hers to-go. When we spoke with a man who claimed to be the manager we got a pretty generic response«we’re sorry we’re going to get curtains» this place is supposed to be top notch I really can’t believe they sat back and allowed the hostesses to sit people outside in those conditions. They also had 2 tables inside that were empty the entire time we were there! When we asked about them we were told they were reserved, funny we were told earlier when we tried to get reservations that they did not take them. Maybe it’s because we were staying at the hotel? I’m not sure either way our treatment was the worst… We will not return and I will make sure everyone I know who comes here is aware how they treat paying customers. They did absolutely nothing to fix it, beyond disappointing. Our waiter was as accommodating as he could be but his hands were tied. This was on 3÷18÷16 we sat on the patio closest to the gulf on the right side. Around 7:15.

My husband had the Souther Benedict(pictured below), and I had the chicken and waffles(not pictured– sorry!) and a build-your-own bloody mary. Everything was so perfect! The waffles were smaller, so as to not overwhelm the chicken. The chicken was lightly breaded with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The syrup was house made and not too sweet. Every bite leaves you wanting more because the palette isn’t overwhelmed with salt or sugar the whole way through– just a perfect balance the whole time. I used Tito’s vodka in my bloody mary, and my server gave some great recipe suggestions that made it even better than i could imagine! Loved my experience. It was priced way higher that we are used to for a breakfast meal(the build-your-own bloody mary was $ 14) total ticket with tip was about $ 60. Atmosphere, best table in the house, ocean view, and awesome food made this worth the price– we may just have to save up to only go once a trip. Highly Recommended!

Excellent atmosphere, drinks, and impeccable service. I cannot(yet) give a review for the food, as I didn’t have any, however, here is what I found: From the valet, help desk, concierge, bartender, host staff, waiters, and bus staff — everyone, and I do mean everyone — was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. The staff made sure we were taken care of at every turn. The dining area and bar are pristine and elegant, which was exactly how I’d describe our Mojitos. I’d readily go back, both to dine and to perhaps stay for a while. Cheers!

One of the best brunches I’ve ever had. Awesome service and management was on point. The restaurant is great — felt like a little piece of Havana. Bloody Mary bar was fully stocked with lots of choices; and all of our meals were 10⁄10. Chicken and Waffles were out of this world. Definitely will be back. Stop in if you are in the PCB/Destin area — worth the drive!

Pretty typical fancy hotel lobby bar. Drinks were good but pricey. No draft beer — a huge oversight. We asked for the appetizer menu but there really wasn’t one… just bar food entrees for happy hour. Service was not stellar either. Just OK.

Rooftop should be better than it is. Unserviced tables, big ol’ hair in my son’s salad, overcooked burger. Service painfully slow. The other food was good enough, Cuban sandwich quite tasty. The setting is good with a nice view of the Gulf. Edit: went from 2 to four stars because the apologetic and very nice manager came out and actually comped the lunch. So a big and appreciative thanks to the manager.

Really disappointed. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the staff were all pleasant. Though not necessarily trained in the art of fine dining. Food was good but simply good not exceptional and not something I need to experience again. The worst part of it, was the overall experience. My date and I came during off season, there were very few other diners and it was rather quiet… with the exception of this one couple. Oh boy, the ‘lady’ was obnoxiously drunk. She was so loud that we could hardly carry on a conversation. We chose not to stay for dessert, in fact we had to take our cocktails into the attached hotel lobby to finish them. This woman was out of control. It made for an overall terrible romantic night out… The staff should have asked her to leave and they didn’t, even after we had voiced our concerns.
